The author advocates that children who have special talents and abilities should be identified and cultured at an early age. I am inclined to support the idea for the following reasons.
Psychologist did amount of research on ‘genius”, who appears unbelievable intelligence and abilities of study in their early age. Unless certain innate talents are nurtured and cultivated during the appropriate stage of development –especially during childhood., the potential talent will remain undeveloped. Mixing highly talented children with ordinary children in the same class would result in a huge waste the former’ s intelligence. Many “genius” graduated from famous university of China even before 18years-old.
However, the cultivation of talents should be conducted sensitively, otherwise the children identified to be talented may feel superior and become complacent. Otherwise, it is not only of no benefit for genius, but also bad for the ordinary children. The researches show that as lacking connection and sharing with the same-age children, the genius met a great deal of problems. They are forced to mature too early without experience the normal childhood, and when they adult, they become disappointed for they missed the cherish childhood. Some of them even feel ashamed for their intelligence, and intend to hidden their ability.
In addition, society should also pay attention to the moral and ethics education of the genius. Nowadays, as the education become many-faceted, children must adopt this change and accept the many-faceted education. Thus, special talents and abilities help the genius make great contributions to a certain field. On the other hand, if we look back at those great scientists, musicians, artists and others that stand out in their specialties. We will find that most them did not show special talents and abilities when they were young. Ironically, some of them were even graded below average.

Psychologist(s) did amount of research on ‘genius”, who appears unbelievable intelligence and abilities of study in their early age. Unless certain innate talents are nurtured and cultivated during the(ir) appropriate stage of development –especially during childhood., the potential talent will remain undeveloped. Mixing highly talented children with ordinary children in the same class would result in a huge waste of the former’ s intelligence. Many “genius” graduated from famous universities of China even before 18years-old.(18 years old or 18-year-old)
However, the cultivation of talents should be conducted sensitively, otherwise the children identified to be talented may feel superior and become complacent. Otherwise(Otherwise 用的有点多,试着换别的词语。另外,本段第一句已经转折,此处的otherwise不知什么意思?therefore?), it is not only of no benefit for genius, but also bad for the ordinary children. The researches show that as lacking connection and sharing with the same-age children, the genius met a great deal of problems.(The genius met….. due to lacking…. Is it better?) They are forced to mature(mature为verb.时是使动,做adj.常用,因此前可加be/become) too early without experience the(a) normal childhood, and when they adult(adult多用于norn.因此前加become or改为when they , they become(will feel) disappointed for they missed their cherish childhood. Some of them even feel ashamed for their intelligence, and intend to hidden their ability(ties.).
In addition, society should also pay attention to the moral and ethics(ethical) education of the genius. Nowadays, as the education become many-faceted, children must adopt this change and accept the many-faceted education. Thus, special talents and abilities help the genius make great contributions to a certain field. On the other hand, if we look back at those great scientists, musicians, artists and others that stand (standing)out in their specialties. We (,we)will find that most them did not show special talents and abilities when they were young. Ironically, some of them were even graded below average.
