the Publicity owned land , usually a remote land where some precious species exits , has put some government into  some serious dilemma , should government preserve the publicity owned land area in there natural state despite that there are only a few people would possibly reach that place . as far as I am concerned , not only does the government have the possibility to do so ,but also they have great necessity to put this into action .

First and foremost , publicity owned land where inhabited manifest previous specious of various types , Is the treasure of the whole world , government to which the specific lands belongs has the responsibility to protect it as it constitute a indispensable part of the whole living world . lacking these previous species , the balance of our living world which our human being also involves and in a larger sense was the final influenced species if any detrimental effect occur  ,  would get uneven , thus directly put the whole living world in great danger . take the south America’s rain forest for example , it left unchecked and protected , the green and indispensable rain forest may get deforest by men who are in desperate search for fortune and profit , therefore have a  destroyable effect to the global environment , there will be no distinction between  the four different seasons , species will be extinct due to the changed environment .

The authentic standard based on which governmental policy made should be a scientific assessment of the places about the authentic value and condition of the publicity owned places. Like the zhangling sheep , which are of great value due to its unique viability in extremely condition and some biological specialty of their skin , and its living environment should be preserved as publicity owned lands .
