Topic: If you were an employer, which kind of worker would you prefer to hire: an inexperienced worker at a lower salary, or an experienced worker at a higher salary? Use specific reason and details to support your answer

If there was a change to be an employer, I would definitely prefer to hire an experienced worker. The reason might be clear. Compared with inexperienced worker, worker with experience could be more competent to job. Besides, they can meet  requirement of their position in a short time. Those sophisticate always obtain ability to tackle with different issues with effective and efficient. A company will be benefited from experienced workers because they could bring their abound knowledge to the company. So I would like to select the later.

Primarily, it is the truth that training a green-finger would cost company a lot, both on money and on time. Compared with green-fingers, worker with experience needs only a short time in familiar with his position requirement. This would save a great amount of company sources. Besides, former working experience helps those people to be competent. Almost equipped with considerable thought, erect attitude, and excellent working performance, those people are always hottest among the name list of Human Resource Agency.

Next, I would prefer experienced worker for their working ability.  Having been suffered by different kind of issues in work, they are able to deal with new problems easily or just using a little strength. Today, to be a good company needs not only high-efficient employee, but also the employee with great effectiveness. There is no doubt a company will advantage by hiring these experienced workers.

At last, these people have got special knowledge from former job. This extra knowledge from other company could definitely make up something that our company currently does not possess. In addition, if hired these people, I would like to hold a weekly meeting conference so that employee could discuss issues with expert  in their works. By this means, hiring experienced workers does not seem a bad choice.

In sum, although some problems can be advoided, we still need to take some possibilities into consideration when hiring experienced workers. For example, the higher salary, the attitude of arrogant they might have, or their unwilling to work together with rookie. However, compared with the benefits it brings, the disadvantage might be neglected.

Those sophisticate always obtain ability to tackle with different issues with effective and efficient (with 后面接形容词?). A company will be benefited from experienced workers because they could bring their abound knowledge to the company. So I would like to select the later. (开头就so了?)

我觉得内容很好,比我想的到位的多,值得学习。用词新鲜,但是有些语法或是小地方值得斟酌。我用蓝色标记出来,还有单复数,题目中用的单数,所以你的文中单数多,但是有的地方表达的复数意思,所以就有点不统一,我的文章也有这个问题。有问题可以再讨论^_^
