Different people may have different characters, different supervisors may have different qualities. For it is not only a sample of a department, but also a flagging of a company. In my opinion, long-term insight, tolerate and group-work are most important qualities which a good supervisor should preserve.

First of all, to be a good boss, he or she should make a deep understand about the company. Long-term insight is an essential quality. Without this insight and wisdom, a boss would incline to make unproper choice in the process of business, even incorrect. Moreover, since a short-term insight leader only makes concern on income in a short time, he would not develop a booming development to the future of a company.
Secondly, forgiving is a requisite quality to a good boss. Because everyone would make mistakes in one’s life, God may make mistakes also. In same cases, some mistakes are exclusively accidents. When a boss meets this event, it is better to forgive it. It is either better to eliminate the influence of the accident, or to encourage the enthusiasm of employees.

Last but not the least, group-work is absolutely an important quality of a leader. A good leader would absorb various elites to enhance the ability of his business. Meanwhile, he would keep a balance to make everyone to bring their talent into full play.

In sum, a good leader should hardworking, humor, wise and so on. One hundred audiences, one hundred Hamlet. However, above of three characters are more important than others.

Speaking:I think I'd like to live with a roommate than to live by myself. why? First of all, roommates come from different provices or countries. You could get to know different culture and customs. Secondly, to live with roommates is a good way to communicate with each other and enhance the relationship with others. Thirdly, when you meet some problems, maybe your roommate could give your a hand or some indeed advices or suggestions. A roommate is needed is a roommate is indeeded. So I prefer to live with roommates.
