If you were an employer, which kind of worker would you prefer to hire: an inexperienced worker at a lower salary or an experienced worker at a higher salary? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.

When it comes to which kind of worker would an employee perfer to hire? An inexperienced worker at a lower salary or an experienced worker at a higher salary? In my opinion, it depends which type the enterprise is.

If I were an employer of a high technology company, I will choose an experienced worker at a higher salary, though maybe it will increase the cost. Common sense tells us, in most cases, the higher the salary, the hight the quality of workers. It has the reason that an experienced worker who has qualify to ask for higher salary. When I hire him, he will quickly get to work, and can bring profit immediately. Yet when I hire an inexperienced worker, I must to spend much time which is more precious than money to train him.

On the other hand, if I were an employer of a factory which only ask for workers' simple operations, I will choose inexperienced worker at a lower salary. Because it will only need me to take a extremely short time to train him, in addition, they, without any question, can get to work and bring profit for me. It will be a waste that hire an experienced worker at a higher salary. Beause there is no need to pay such more money on suah a simple skills. Doing the same work, one ask for a lower salary, one ask for a higher salary? Why choose the latter one?

Things are always like this. We cannot determine one thing without list the all possibilities and the different situations.

In my opinion, the most important room in a house is bedroom. There are only 24 hours in one day, thus people average spend more or less 9 hours on sleeping. From this situation, we can draw that sleeping which people usually belittle could has something to do with one's health. In that place, it is no doubt that bedroom where people sleep is the most important room in a house. Having a poor bathroom, maybe you also can have a good living, having a poor kitchen, even without a kitchen, maybe you also can have much fun in eating, but if you do not have a perfect bedroom, and usually have difficulty in falling sleeping! What a terrible thing it is!
