When people need to complain about a product or poor service, some prefer to complain in writing and others prefer to complain in person. Which way do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

On the question of whether to choose complaining in writing or in person, I prefer the latter one to address problems quickly and effectively.

Primarily, complaining in person can receive feedbacks and solutions more quickly than other methods. With the development of advanced technology and information age, the obvious convenience of E-mail, fax machine, and express delivery enables customers to express their complaints and suggestions more frequently than before. Common sense tells us it will take some time for relevant person to handle them in order and in priority. Consequently, providing that we need immediate feedbacks, it is the only effective way that we come to the apartment which are responsible for handling consumers' opinion and have a conversation with its manager.

Also, the advantage of achieving a more satisfactory solutions, if one talks with others directly, should not be ignored. When one organizes a letter to express his or her own viewpoint, he or she usually considers the problem from one perspective, therefore the solution advised from customer might be unpractical and unacceptable to the corporation, which offers incompetent products or poor service. Making suggestion not only can save us time, but also provide a efficient channel for company and customers to reach an agreement.  

Some might argue that complaining in writing is advantageous in controlling our emotions or state an issue more elaborately. For example, my friend had a quarrel in a computer company with its manager for the reason that they both cannot understand each other's meaning, and ultimately end up cooperation unpleasantly. If he chose to express his discontentment in letters, the result might be much better. Nevertheless, in most cases, the advantages of complaining in person outweigh that of in writing. That's why I prefer complaining in person if I encounter such kind of problems.

Consequently, providing that we need immediate feedbacks, it is the only effective way that we come to the apartment (公寓？？是不是要说department“部门”阿？) which are (is) responsible for handling consumers' opinion and have a conversation with its manager.

When one organizes a letter to express his or her own viewpoint, he or she usually considers the problem from one perspective, therefore the solution advised from customer might be unpractical and unacceptable to the corporation (这里有点说理不很清楚。Customer提出的是complaint，而不是直接向corporation提出solution，所以这里有点不明白) , which offers incompetent products or poor service. Making suggestion (这里有点不清楚，建议加上in person就可以)   not only can save us time, but also provide a efficient channel for company and customers to reach an agreement.

这是我见过词汇和句型用的最好的...果然是考过GRE的,就是不一样...
有一点小小小小的建议:第一段MS少了一个小转折,是不是最好在COMMON SENSE前加一个BUT之类的.逻辑有些混乱,看的不那么清晰......(个人的一点小小想法,LIZZY姐姐见谅啊;d: )
