Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Modern technology is creating a single world culture. Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.

From an American history report, the modern technology, such as inventions as radios and automobile, helps the formation of a universal culture in one hundred  years age in the United States. It means development in technology and science had once aided the unitification of culture. As time goes on, however, the same engine named technology drives to another destination, the division of culture. That is to say, modern techonology creates a world filled with differences.

At the beginning of Industrialization, technology foramted a single culture. Take radios and automobiles as the examples. At the first several decades of last century, radios led to the situation that people all around the country listened to the same program and the similar songs from one or two stars. And, people traveled thanks for the invention of cars through the whole country, talking about the same topics from the very singal broadcast. Besides, people from the countries developed later all captured by culture of that the early developed country. All of these made up a single wolr d culture.

As the technology improved from then on, the situation revised. That is to say, the diversity of modern techniques is the primary reason for the division of the single culture. Couples of decades ago, there was only one kind of mass media, radio. Nowadays, however, the internet suplies all the types of entertainments, and culture including, for people all around the world. For instance, thousands of kinds of music are available online: the Mass music for people believe in Gegus Christ, rock and roll music for Hippies, classical music for enthusiastic fans, and so on and on. That why I insist the viewpoint that modern techonology diverse the culture.

Moreover, the modern technology provides people with more leisure than ever before, which result in more templitation for modern people and more culture sorts. Suppose the era that people can not feed and dress themselves accounting for shortage when most of people may not think over the cultural issues much, countering the modern age that citizens exchange their daily thoughts by means of online chatting. In this way, the development of modern techonology provide people with free time as well as diversity in culture.

In conclusion, we gain the unification and then division in culture for the growing of modern technology, and as modern technology gives us the soaring number of convenience, culture sorts will also in buldging.
