With the invention of the computer during last century, people use less and less paper in their daily life for studying or working [study or work 本身就是名词]. So there is a postulation emerged that students will not use printed book any more in next twenty years. Different people hold distinct opinions to this issue. For me, I would like to say that printed books would still play crucial roles in students' learning at that time. And I have a couple of reasons to be presented as follow.
[good start!]
Of course, as the development of technology, computers and other electronic devices become more and more indispensable to students result from their outstanding characteristics such as portable, containing more information and durable in harsh conditions. Take computer for example [as an example], students can learn a great deal of knowledge through single[去掉,single在这要表达什么呢?] computer. However, if students want to obtain a great amount of knowledge through reading printed books, they need to collect a large number of books first and then read them one by one. On the other hand, reading printed books can not communicate at the same time with other learners. However, computers and other digital devices have various drawbacks to students when compared with printed books.
[用这么一大段写好处会不会太多了?]
The first and foremost default of computers and electronic devices is their nature of exclusion. If a student studies one subject using a computer, he will mostly cost his time alone on learning. [跟你上一段的point矛盾,上一段你写computer based learning can communicate with others while learning.] Maybe some people will say that students can exchange opinions and achievements with other students through the internet, [句号][另起一句,However,]thought students have bad abilities to protect themselves from addicting to the colorful interest that is full of games, entertainment programs and violence. According to many teachers' opinions, the internet exerts great harms to their students other than beneficial effects.
[最后这几句话需要好好的理一下,读起来很乱。Maybe..... 别人的观点 However (转折), since lots of students have little self-control to keep away from addicting to games, other entertainment programs and violent content, computer-based learning harms them more thant it benefits.]
Second, Students, especially, young students need to keep health [healthy] and well-developing of their bodies. However, as you [we] know, computers can do huge harm to students' bodies and eyes. They are required to spend much time on their homework, and so they will feel tired when [after staying] stay in front of computers for a long time. Moreover, computers' heaviest danger to students' bodies in its radiation to users. [radiation is computer's most dangerous harm to students.] Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to students to utilize printed books for their studying. By using printed books, students can acquire knowledge through radiation-free medium and can interact with other students in natural environment.
Taking all these factors to consideration, I strongly support that printed books would be still broadly used in students' learning due to their advantages to students' health and create a better environment for students.
这一篇坦率说不是发挥的很好哦。
感觉你的思路没有完全理清楚就开始写了。
建议你把第一个说computer learning的好处直接去掉或者只保留方便一点。简单一句话提下或者在开头提下就好。
然后开始分3点:
1. it will prevent communication.
2. it may distract students attention to something else.
3. it harm to students body.
加油^^
