When it comes to the issue about whether there is a growing attention to appearance and fashion, different people hold different viewpoints. Some assert that people, nowadays, pay more attention to the comfort more than other factors. As far as I am concerned, I tend to place more value on the appearance and fashion. I will illustrate my opinions based on the following reasons.

First of all, a decent dress-out, to some extent, could enhance people’ self-cultivation. As we know, Clothes make people’s behavior, as appearance does. For example, if you dress a charming and sexy full dress, you will not sit on the ground. If you wear a pair of delicate boots, you will not walk on the lawn. If you dress up yourselves like a gentleman, you will not spit anywhere. Because you know all of above inelegant behavior cannot match with your temporary appearance. So you will consciously restrict these impolite actions. In short, you always want to suit you behavior to you appearance.

In the next place, a moderate dress-out can help people increase self-confidence and impress others with your good aspects, which is quiet helpful for people’s personal development in the future. For instance, people going to an interview will spend more time than usual on dressing up. If they want to become engineers, they will wear more formal. If they hope to turn into designers, fashion and abstract will be a good theme in your clothes. If so, the possibility to get your ideal job will be stepped up. Because it will leave a good first impression to interviewers that they are quiet suitable to the job.

Last but not least, all walks of life have their own particular appearance. In other words, we can distinguish a perso
n’s occupation from their appearance like uniform. Doctors wears white gown, soldiers camouflage coat, students school
uniform and so on. From this point of view, we also can see how important appearance is. It has been integrated into e
very part of lives and work.

Taking all above-mentioned into consideration, we can draw the conclusion that appearance and fashion are closely related to our lives and work. On no account can we ignore the significance of them. It pays to spend a part of your time on your appearance.
