Appearance and fashion are not only the things just has a beautiful surface, but also include the attitude of aesthetics. I agree with that the appearance and fashion are considered as important in nowadays, but this trend whether will go on continue or not, I have no conclusion. Appearance and fad is one part of the culture, and usually be desired by youth and the rich.

First of all, the appearance and fad are one part of culture, which represent costume of races, played an indispensable role in the different cultures communication. Once a fashion show leaded by a clothes master must absorb many celebrities and reporters. One invited to attend the fashion party must be recognized has high quality taste by the public. Maybe one will ask why this phenomenon exists in the society. The answer is firmly easy: everyone likes to look at the beauty things, which is the nature of human. An authority research has indicated that people willing to speak with the good look and suitable appearance person. It is clear that appearance and fashion are firmly connected with living. From another prospect-history-we also can see this point. One who wants to learn about a nation's traditional culture cannot neglect its typical traditional custom such as the cheongsam or the kimono.

As the rapid development of mass media like newspaper, television, and broadcast and so on, the advertising about bodybuilding, slice body, or making up...surrounds us. Thus, the importance of appearance and fashion is accentuated unconsciously. One part of this importance is due to the people's demand, but another part comes from the profit. As far as I know, the majority people perusing the fashion are young people. This group of people has a typical charaistc that they are 17-25 and easily affected to follow the fashion. This group, however, once pass on the age, will not be interest in the fashion gradually.

Last, it is hard to say that the trend of the public attention focuses on appearance and fashion will go on continue. the information about fashion separates wilder and faster, with the development of mass media. So, people could obtain the fresh fashion information which was hardly got before; and they become unresisting for this new things, which as same as one lived in hill along must be interest and curious in the colorful cities. but after the period of curious should be passed. In my opinion, the extent of pursing appearance and fashion will not increase continually too. In addition, as the development of education, people will grow an right attitude to the fashion things rather than blindness peruse.
