As an old saying goes: people moving alive, plants moving dead [英语有这种用法么?]. So I disagree with that one works at one place all his/her life time. It is unreasonable and unpractical for those people because of the working mode will hamper their progress. Also, the company pursuits higher development will not adopt this working mode.
First of all, most of employees who have to afford the home expenditure, parents' adaptation, and children's education fee want to earn more payment making the families live a better life. They usually graduate from universities, work at companies for several years and change work places. At the first working time, they learn knowledge and increase their experiences, after all what they learned in the universities are just theoretic, not the reality experience. After several years, changing another company meanings the higher payment and the better chance to promote, which is an all-know but covered secret. Thus, just from this point, we can see that changing job happens among this generation of young people frequently.
Furthermore, working at [in an] unchanged place will limit one's development and narrow his/her horizon. If one employee knows that whether the job he/she done is well or not could not be fired, does he/she work the same as usually? [If one knows that he won't be fired whether does a good job or bad你那句好像稍微有点confuse] According to the research, people will not progress or even decrease abilities [wear out his competence] without the [去掉the] pressure. Nowadays, there is little place where does not exist pressure but totally opposite. [你前面用的已经是否定了,不能再用but了。... pressure, the reality is totally opposite] Only those who could endure [take/ undertake] the challenge and the pressure will be [去掉be] succeed, on the contrast, those who want living at [want to lay on] a life-time employment will not be succeed at all. Thus, life-time employment dose not suit employees who do not want a useless life.
Last, the company which should adopt new technology otherwise will not progress will be hampered by those older employees who work long time in the company but the ability of learning is limited. [这句很confuse,建议断一下句,不要从句套从句]Although those older employees have plentiful experiences, the company needs new power to push itself not the experience already had. For example, In the field of IT, those old employees must retired or change job because of the learning efficiency is slower than that of those younger employee due to the high age.
To sum up, this generation young people had resurrected their attitudes, unlike the earlier generation who like working stabile. They yearn for being challenge and learning experiences. Meanwhile, the boss also wants a vibrant and creative company.
思路很清楚,文章总体也很流畅,稍微注意下个别表达,多用连接词,少用从句套从句。加油^^ |
