it is better to work for a large company than for a small company（周四作业）

It has long been a controversial issue about which is better to work for a lager company or for a small company. Different people hold different viewpoints. Some assert that working for a large company outweighs for a small one. Form my point of view, I tend to place a high value on working for a small company. I will explain my opinion based on the following reasons.

First of all, a promising small company is more beneficial to personal development compared with a large one which has already reached its peak of career. In other words, if you work for a small but rapidly developing company, you will have more opportunities to “show” yourselves, to exhibit your value. For example, if you work for a multinational corporation and are provided with stable and ideal salary, will you be always satisfied with these. I think for most people, especially for those with big ambitions, the answer is “temporary”. Because you hardly can realize your value of life at this situation. Besides, while you have realized it and do your utmost to “show” yourselves, you will find it is tremendously hard. Because there are few chances you can get. However, if you work for a small one, the situation reverses, as long as you possess real capability, you can walk out of crowd.

In the next place, working for a small company, you will not feel stress as much as working for a large one. As we know, the competition among employees in the large company is considerably cruel. Most people long to join in you, but the positions are limited, this will put enormous stress on the employees. They have to notice every mistake they are likely to commit and are careful all the time. You can imagine how tired it is.
Especially for those lacking of distinguished specialized knowledge or abundant work experience or something else which could enable them to be superior to others in one aspect, they are compelled to take out more time from leisure on their jobs.

Last but not least, we should not ignore a matter of practice that the majority of people, actually, do not have opportunities to get a relatively high-grade position in a large company not to mention in some multinational corporations such as Microsoft,Wal-Mart, FORD Motor Company. So for normal people like students graduating from university just now, working for a small compare is more doable.

Taking all above-mentioned reasons into consideration, we can see for working for a small company is a better choice. Because it contributes to the realization of personal value, at the same time, it will not put extra stress on you. Mostly importantly, for the majority of people, it is a more practical choice.

I think for most people, especially for those with big ambitions, the answer is “temporary”(这句话有点莫名，因为之前没有提到question). Because you hardly can (can hardly) realize your value of life at (in)this situation. Besides, while you have realized it and do(tried) your utmost to “show” yourselves, you will find it is tremendously hard. Because there are few chances you can get. However, if you work for a small one, the situation (is reverse) reverses, as long as you possess real capability, you can walk out of crowd (you can make yourself extraordinary).
In the next place, working for a small company, you will not feel stress as much as working for a large one (as stressful as that of working for a large company). As we know, the competition among employees in the large company is considerably cruel. Most people long to join in (long for taking your place) you, but the positions are limited, this will put enormous stress on the employees. 献丑说一下我的思路~~~
拿到作文~~~确定观点后~~~~~~我会把所有出现在我脑子里的列子等等 都列在搞纸上 不管是不是 跟主题擦个边
写下来 就挑好写的 或者 熟悉,写过的 看看 能不能套~~~有的时候理由和例字是很配套 可以没写过 又或者很难写 我也不会选
要是碰到特殊情况理由列子不够只有2个的情况,通常 有2中处理方法:
1,把已经写的理由 深刻化~~~~~~另起一段  来个 besides, 进一步将~~~~或者在深层次上 找关联的东西
2,另起一段 来个however,将 如果不是这样的话 那会怎么样~~~~~~~~~这个通常用的比较多
上面两中是特殊情况下用的~~~~~其实TOEFL考的是语言~ 只要能搭上边的理由你都能用~~~~~~~~其实写多了 总是可以套的  列子总在 这几方面 比如 环境 压力 经济  方便 情感  效率 经验 等等 有些很类似

恩非常感谢楼主.很是受用.
但是有一点,我之前看了OG,好象托福作文的说理也是比较重要的甚至在语言之上.(评分标准第一条貌似是看是否切题,展开是否充分,最后才是语言。貌似能说理充分也能上23,语言好的话是加分的筹码).不知道楼主怎么看.

这里的说理 考的是逻辑性(美国人很注意这方面)
但是他们又很开放~~~~也就是说  随便什么理由 (就算 你说世界末日明天要来了,也没关系,改的人什么观点都能接受~~他们看的是 你能不能自圆其说~~~~~~~~这才是最重要的)
我想我们不至于把连理由也说不上的 论点写上去
只要有相对的理由上去了~~~~~~~你的论点 可以也允许有点"特别"
就像你说的 考的只是语言~~~~GRE 和TOEFL 很大区别就在这
