Do you agree or disagree， if people want to have a good future they should have a careful plan while they are still young（周一作业）.

The issue of people's future is often a hot topic among. Some people plan their when they are young; some do not have their plan even when they have to choose. As far as I am concerned, people do not need to have future plans when they are still young.

First of all, when people are young, they sometimes do not know what they really want to do. Children's choices are always affected by others, such as parents, teachers, and some movie stars as well as sports stars. Their choice of that time may not fit them. For instance, in China, children are taught that the scientists are great persons who create the fantastic technology, and great ideas. Thus, almost every young pupil in China will say that he or she wants to be a scientist in the future. However, it is impossible for all of them. And as time passes by, they will find that not all of the are suitable to do scientific work, only part of them can afford such work. Hence, if people plan their future when they are young, they may finally fail, and their time and energy spent waste.

On the other hand, early careful plan of future may limit people's potentials in other areas. If people make a plan of their future, they will try hard on it, and may neglect other things that may fit them more. For example, a lot of children admire the famous star Michael Jordan, so quite a lot of them will choose to basketball members. They will spend a lot of their time on it. But actually, not all of them will become Mr. Jordan, only few of them may stick out, most of them even can not attend the professional league. However, they ignore too many things, and they may not figure out what they can do at last.

Of course, early planning is helpful if it is suitable for people. Nevertheless, at most of the time, peoples' thoughts are not mature enough to make decisions when they are young. Thus, this kind of plan may not useful for their future, but sometimes may hinder their development.

Knowledge gained from study is more important than the ability of being creative
                     
When it comes to one’s success in his or her life, quite a few would claim that knowledge along with its hidden meaning – credentials – is important. In the increasingly competitive society, however, I believe that the ability to act and think creatively is more crucial.

First of all, the ability to thinking creatively enhances the opportunities of success. Knowledge, admittedly, can help people solve the known and familiar problems. In fact, in modern society, humans have to be subject to numerous new risks or the unknown situations. An employee, for instance, has to finds all kinds of ways to improve his or her efficiency; and an employer also are supposed to search more and more incentive methods to enhance his or her subordinates’ morals, encourage their confidence, and solve their emotional difficulties.

In addition, the ability to be creative strengthens a powerful bond among group members. Act creatively could solve many social problems. For example, children play together. They need to think out good methods - such as a new joke, a fun game, or a lovely toy - to amuse their companies in order to strengthen their friendship skillfully. Or they may take risk losing their companies or even old friends. When they find new ideas, how happy they are.

Finally, the ability to think creatively helps us to ease sorrow, and offers a positive attitude. Fear, failure, shock, stress, pain, or even death – they are real to us humans, and we cannot escape. Those who think creatively are often willing to find ways to relieve from the sadness. My friend Jack, for example, likes to think creatively. Last year, he fall his course in Animal Science unfortunately, and he was very unhappy at that time. Yet when I saw him the next day, I was surprised by his confidence. He told me that he had found ways to improve his performance, so he would be more active to study rather than passively accepting the bad news.

By and large, it is amazing to behavior creatively, and you will gain success in your near future.

Nowadays, the ability to cooperate is more important than past?

When it comes to cooperation, quite a few people would claim that cooperation is more common in the past. People used to choose to work together due to the lower technology, limited knowledge, or vulnerable ability to survive. With the development of technology, however, humans need to interact with each other more and more frequently; therefore, cooperation is more important than past in several aspects.

First of all, humans come to know the complexity of the world. Thus, nowadays, more and more specialists work together as a team to research their academic subject deeply. In order to research the lifestyle of marine creatures, for example, ocean geological specialists and ocean biological specialists combine their intelligences together. They communicate, interact, and exchange inspiring ideas with each other.

In addition, with the explosion of all kinds of communication system, people gain more opportunities to cooperate with their coworkers, no matter that they live in the opposite of the hemisphere. Emails, telephones, and the Internet are always available. Students in India could accomplish their assignment with the help of their friends who are in America.

Last but not least, there are more and more team activities nowadays for either children or adults to participate in. For instance, team activities – such as football, baseball, basketball, tennis, the list goes on - allow people to cooperate with each other to accomplish their common goals. On weekends, children like to choose football to relax. In the process of enjoyment of team sports, kids come to know how to interact with their group members, how to take care of their companies in order to enhance their whole improvement.
