97)Some people believe that success in life comes from taking risks or chances. Others believe that success results from careful planning. In your opinion, what does success come from? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Everyone aspires to have a good future, to fulfill dream, and to be succeed in society. The issue about what success comes from is hot. According to this issue, different people hold different opinion. In my opinion, however, the success does not come from single element. The careful planning, taking chances and thinking critically are all the essential characteristics in success.

Firstly, Careful plan, designed to the goal, could help one to persist in the aim and finish it. It is hard to achieve one's target because there are many indeterminate things on the way to dream. These indeterminate things are intractable problem which hamper one's progress. Without the careful plan, one must be in the dilemma when he/she encounters uncertainties. For example, the ETS announced that GRE would transform back to paper-based. This information triggered huge grumble among the GRE takers. Although the takers could post complaint on the BBS, the situation could not be changed. What they can do is reconstituted their plans rather than waste time on the complaint. Furthermore, if the takers had made considerate and complete plans which have reserve time for working out the indeterminate things, they would not feel anxious and helpless when heard the information.

Secondly, Chances is not only the luck, but also is the opportunity which is offered for the already one. For instance, the X-ray was found in accident. Maybe some one says that is casual, but I want to indicate that the X-ray would not be found without the special scientific knowledge. Moreover, more and more employees intend to take jobs at large companies since which would offer more opportunities. Last year, I took a part time job at the company, one day the manager provided a high payment job but which needed the work acknowledge Japanese. Although I lost this opportunity since know little Japanese, I realized that the chance can not be grasped by everyone.

Thirdly, the society is becoming more and more complex; thinking critically could help people to think insightfully. For example, some high schools decided to separate boys and girls; and said the separated education is good for youth development. It is ridiculous that many parents approve this suggestion. If parents could think critically, this pattern would bring nothing to adolescent besides mental disease and unbalance development. Thinking critically is a way to retrospect and consider the questions form another respects.

In sum, these three characteristics will provide huge help for people.
