I agree with that students of university should learn basic science courses even if the courses apparently are not concerned their major.

Firstly, the knowledge of basic science is useful in our daily life along with the progress of science and technology in modern society. For example, we understand how the scanner, copy machine and some others machine work so that we could judge weather pregnant women should keep away from such machine. It is true the radiated rays inspired from the machines might harm for the unburned baby. Thus, pregnant women are suggested not closing to such machines in China. Furthermore, there are numerous so-called Preventing Radiates clothes emerged in the market currently, so, does such clothes qualified for preventing the rays? They are not in different size and color, but in similar styles that looks like aprons. We know the electromagic waves transmit in the air in two ways that are transversely and longitudinal. Thus, we are easily to infer that such unclosed clothing is useless.

Secondly, more basic knowledge could broaden the horizon of the students and might inspire them work well in their field. The modern world has been flowed with abundant of information and communication. None and nothing is isolated. The perfect examples exist in the campus. The students in biology school are required to learning some course of chemistry, because there are countless chemical reactions in organism. Even for the literal arts students, they’d also better to learning sciences course. A potential artist should learn the geometry and mathematics that could give their paints good structure. The famous Da Vinci is excellent on those subjects and creates his own structural style that was considered as a genre.

In addition, I concede students should pay more attention on the courses of their major. All in all, everyone is expected to be an expert with the degree once she or he get. The way to be an excellent student is nothing but studying hard not only in the basic science subjects but also in the field of study.

To sum up, as far as analysis and reasons concerned above, no matter how is benefit for students took place from concentrating in their major course, I do believe that learning the basic science course for all students in university are necessary in the modern society.

改的满仔细的，也满好，非常感谢！！！:handshake
那个防辐射衣跟前面那个例子是类似的，只是想进一步说明观点。电磁波分为纵波和横波，因此防辐射服即便有用，那也得是全封闭的才行，围裙状就不会有太多用处。是我没说清楚，好些是中文表达法，谢谢啦:loveliness:
