As with the question that whether grades encourage students to learn or not, different people have divided ideas. It seems common and believable at first sight, but after a deep thinking things are quite different. I would like to conclude that on some circumstances grades are good stimulations for study, while in some other cases, it is not a good idea to use grades to encourage students to learn.

Commonly, it has been long believed that grades surely will have good effects on students' learning. From generation to generation, the teacher keeps telling students that you should work hard to get a good grade. Then when you succeed in getting good grades, not only teachers and parents but also relatives and neighbors will speak highly of you. As a consequence, you feel the sense of achievement which gives you invisible power to continue working hard to get good grades. In this case, this is a positive loop in which grades play the role of stimulation to learning.

However, with further consideration you will find out students who reap benefits from high grades are just a minority in students. To make a explanation, I would like to use Darwin's theory of Evolution to give me a hand. As the theory claims that when an individual is stronger in a team he is more likely to survive, students who get good grades are just the stronger ones. They survive in this learning competition, so people form a thought that if a student gets good grades he will no doubt keep working hard to get better grades. These people are trapped in the logical flaw that they neglect the students who don't get good scores. Grades give them negative effects so that they get overlooked.

In sum, grades surely have good effects on successful students while from other way around, grades harm the feelings of unsuccessful students.

首先小组互改作业最好能有标题  这是对他人起码的尊重

其次 我建议你找老T的语法题目做一做  因为大部分表达不是很地道 理解起来会比较困难

总之上升的空间很大 而且模板的痕迹不会特别明显。。。加油~~

As with the question that whether grades encourage students to learn or not, different people have divided(divergent, distinct, various) ideas. It seems common and believable at first sight, but after a deep thinking things are quite different. I would like to conclude(我觉得在开头别用这个词,还是论证完了再conclude吧,maintain, state, indicate) that on some circumstances grades are good stimulations for study, while in some other cases, it is not a good idea to use grades to encourage students to learn.
Commonly, it has been long believed that grades surely(放到will后面好些) will have good effects on students' learning. From generation to generation, the teacher keeps telling students that you should work hard to get a good grade. Then when you succeed in getting good grades, not only teachers and parents but also relatives and neighbors will speak highly of you. As a consequence, you(我认为主语需换一下,考官看你的作文时:嗯?我怎么怎么地。不太好,可以说自己,自己的例子最好了) feel the sense of achievement which gives you invisible power to continue working hard to get good(higher) grades. In this case, this is a positive loop in which grades play the role of stimulation to learning.   TS没说到重点,应当说哪里好,譬如说inspire students to study hard.....
However, with further consideration you(change the subject) will find out students who reap benefits from high grades are just a minority in students. To make a explanation, I would like to use Darwin's theory of Evolution to give me a hand. As the theory claims that when an individual is stronger in a team he is more likely to survive, (and) students who get good grades are just the stronger ones. They survive in this learning competition, so people form a thought that if a student gets good grades he will no doubt keep working hard to get better grades. These people are trapped in the logical flaw that they neglect the students who don't get good scores. Grades give them negative effects so that they get overlooked.(are neglected, ignored)   TS说grades只能让少数人受益,下面的论证也应该从此入手强调,那些人有多么少,而大部分都怎么怎么了,可以编个survey or questionaire 说明严重性。
In sum, grades surely have good effects on successful students while from other way around, grades harm the feelings of unsuccessful students.
