Nowadays, cooperation is becoming  increasingly indispensable in contemporary society . It takes place between individuals, firms, even different countries. Some people hold the contention that it is better to work alone. However, as far as I am concerned, working with other people provides us with several benefits.

First thing first, more people means more ideas, skills and experience.As a consequence, the working effiiency and the output will get escalated. Speaking for myself, I really appreciatte team work and I have done a lot work with my partners. Everytime when we are given a new assignment, we firstly divide a big task into small sections. Then each person take distinct responsibilities, for example, searching information, doing the presentation, advertising and so on. Finally, we finished the assignment in a dramatically short period of time---- one week compared with one months which is taken by people doing the work alone.

In the second place, having partners to do the work can effectively reduce our workload. What you need to be focused on is only a portion of the work instead of an entire one. Apart from this, there is always a person you can approach and consult with if you are confronted with any problem. Isn't it a real blessing?

On the other hand, there may be some minor disadvantages when you cooperate with other people. One of the problems is that it is easy to come about diasgreements when there are a variety of opinions towards a same thing. If you and your partners cannot arrive at one goal in the end, the work is almost impossible to continue.

In conclusion, in spite of the altercation, cooperation is instrumental when we carry on a piece of work since it enable us to congregate our viarious ideas and reduce our working time.
