提纲：
1,数据量太少，不能说明excessive profits, 有可能农场的开支加大了；local excello food market's price 不能反应市场价格，市场价格应该是全国范围的；
2, regulate retail milk prices 不一定能够得到理想的结果，也许会引起市场价格紊乱

                                I don't agree with the author.
        Firstly, there is not enoughstatistics to prove that the farmers get excessive profits. He onlypoints out that the price of milk is increased, however, maybe theprice of producing the milk, for example the worker's wages on thefarm, has also risen, so we couldn't assert that the farmers haveearned excessive profits. More over, the price from "localExcello Food Market"  dose not equal to  the average milkprices, maybe all the milk has decreased except in the local ExcelloFood Market, so perhaps the farmers are suffering from the farms.
        Secondly, to regulate retail milkprices may do harm to the market. because the retailer would haveless profits while government cut down the milk price, many milkretailers turn to do other things and the circulation of commoditiesmay mess up.
        At last, I think the author shouldhave to stat more information to provide his argument.
