169. People listen to music for different reasons and at different times. Why is music important to many people? Use specific reasons and examples to support your choice.

Perhaps music is the most popular pattern of art in the world. Then, why music is so important to many people? In the following, I will illustrate three attractiveness of music in my point of view.

First and foremost, music demonstrates the inner world of people, especially those in the emotional conflicts. Common emotions, such as happiness, sadness, could be reflected by the methods of music. And the one under particular emotion or mood will feel better with the company of music, which exhibit the similar emotion. For instance, a person who feels sad would like to listen to the Fortune symphony for the sake of encouragement and inspiration.

The second virtue of music seems to be inherited from the first one. People listening to their favorite music is more likely to feel comfortable than not. It is now widely known that listening to music could help people relax. Modern people are surrounded by various of kinds of pressure in many realms and what they need most after a day's hard work is to refresh themselves immediately so that they hold enough energy facing the next day's competition. Music meets this demand well. Experts have reported that by changing the Alfa-wave in the brain, music could relieve the pressure of people. Even this function of music is employed in the therapy, complementing the clinic medical treatment.

Finally, with the development of contemporary music, many types of music are boasted up more and more rapid; new types of music or new branches of obsolete music type emerge everyday. Anyone, at any age could find out his/her favorite type of music. Even one in different stage of one's own time, might take reversion as to the likings of music. Nevertheless, no matter how one change his hippies in music, he/she can always find their favorite music as a result.

In sum, music could make compassion with people via evoking similar emotions, soothe people and help to relax them, and fulfill individual's unique demand of music in almost all circumstances. That is why music is so popular.
