The president showed that domestic cheeses are selling better in the newest store. The purpose of this claim is to demostrate that customers like domestic cheeses more than import cheeses, but he ignore a commen sense that the selling condition of the newest store can't be the character of all chain stores. After familiar to the flavor of domestic cheeses, the customers will want to try new and fresh flavors, thus the chance of the varieties of imported cheese.

Furthermore, the more profit wounder also can't be enhanced by the result of the survey which adviced a induce that local people will be more interested in domestic cheeses all over the world. Different races are living in the United States now, they may have different favorable eating styles. Even some people like domestic cheeses, other local people comes from foriegn countries will buy import cheeses if the result of the survey is actrually.

At the first glace, the company can really reduce the expenses by limiting inventory and improve profits. But after the analisys beyond, the limiting progress is obverase uneffect. the company needs other fundimental methods such as doing more advertisement and improving the serve in the chain stores to improve its profits.
