9.17 would you agree that young people enjoy life much better than older people

Nowadays, It is widely accepted that the rapidly development of society offers more opportunities for people to enjoy life better. But when it comes to the question: who can enjoy life much better, young people or older people? People may hold different views on this issue. In my opinion, taking all aspects into consideration, young people obviously enjoy life much better than older people.

To begin with, referring to the physical condition, young people have better body quality than older people, which can provide more chances for young people to enjoy something interesting that older people cannot. For example, some sports activities such as basket ball, football or extreme sports are not suitable for older people to do. So, only young people can enjoy the happiness and passion of those activities. Besides, mostly older people suffer from a lot of diseases that are popular in the older people’s world, such as high blood rate, diabetes and cancers. In contrast, young people normally do not have to worry about all those diseases and can enjoy healthy life.

Moreover, no one can deny that young people are the creators of fashion and new lifestyles, while older people usually have retired from their work and wish to live a peaceful and healthy life. Meanwhile, young people still can enjoy the most wonderful part of their lives. No matter you are a girl or a boy, if you can get in love with someone, you can enjoy the exciting feeling of love. If you get married and have a child, you can gain the happiness of having a family. If you are successful in your career, you can feel the endless energy and hope that you can always be young.

Of course, It should be admitted that young people may have more pressures from different directions of life than older people. However, to some degree, pressures are also the motivation of life. Without pressures, people probably do not feel their existences. On the other hand, if young people can take the challenges as their stimulus and overcome them, eventually they can become the master of their lives and obtain tremendous achievements.


In conclusion, although young people may suffer more pressures than older people, they have better body conditions to enjoy life and they are the master of fashion, enjoying the best part of their lives. Therefore, I strongly agree that young people possess more advantages to enjoy life better than older people.
