2.1 Do the movies and television have more negative effect than positive effect on the young people?

As we all know, nothing in the world is perfect. The appearance of everything would bring about both positive as well as negative influence. The invention of movies and television is a good example illustrating the problem. However, although movies and television do bring some problems, the positive effects of movies and television have surpassed their negative effects greatly.

Firstly, we can not deny the negative effects brought by movies and television. For example, those violent plots in the movies may contribute to the trend of violence of young people even many adults, which can be seen from the increasing violence crime these days. What's more, many immoral contents such as porno are spread everywhere through movies and television programs, which horribly erode people's thought. And movies and television should be blamed for people's addiction to them, which indirectly result in laziness and obesity or other kinds of diseases.

However, compared with the negative effects, the positive influence brought by television and movies apparently deserves more focus from people, which is also the merit of their existence. In this informational society nowadays, various kinds of information may decide the next step of social development. And as the most important medium of transmitting information, movies and televisions play crucial role in this aspect. News is broadcast everyday on television to help people know what happens in the world, advertisement on television help increase business profit and movies about certain theme such as environment protection impart people awareness of protecting our earth. Furthermore, the entertainment brought by movies and television is something people really value. Therefore if people want to give up movies and television due to the shortcomings mentioned above, they can not afford their loss of the advantages of movies and television.

According to the negative influence of movies and television, many solutions have been made to get rid of these negative effects. For example, parents could stay with their children while watching movies and television; related censor systems are drawn from the authority to control the content of the movies and televisions and so on.

To sum up, it it no denying that movies and television indeed exert some negative upon people's life, however their positive effects are overwhelming when compared with the negative ones. Related solutions can also help to reduce these negative effects.

楼主这篇文没有以前的好呢
首先一个非常大的问题，我觉得跑题了，注意题目问的是young people，而不是people
结构的安排我觉得没有问题，但是对于支持面论述不够。楼主是选的positive这个面吧，但是真正论述的只有however那一段我觉得还是太少，毕竟这个是最重要的，我觉得至少要有两个理由以及具体的例子，最好分成两段亮出来。而倒数第二段那种提出建议的如果来不及写可以和最后一段合在一起也可以
