This news showed that the city of Dillton provided tax incentives and other financial inducements to attract company who relocate there and this made sense. So they suggested that the government in Beauville should take the same method to stimulate their economic development and increase the employment chances. However, this assumption was a false one, which may even lead an opposite effect compared with their former imagination.

Firstly, we did not know whether the economic polity was the main reason for the new two companies relocated in Dillton. Perhaps, besides the possibility given above, some other factors also attract these two companies, such as the political privilege, the abundant resources, the convenient transportation or something else. One of this might be another difference and this was not adverted before which would lead the things to the other direction.

Secondly, there was no evidence showed that these two companies developed the economic standard of Dilltion. The report only said they provided 300 employments but not mentioned it did good to the whole situation. We can not deny the possibility that because of these new ones coming, much older and bigger companies went bankruptcy which may cause more than 300 persons lost jobs.

Thirdly, the report only showed the result during 18 months, we do not know whether this polity can real work in a long term. Maybe what we see now is just for a short moment. After 6 more moths, everything can be turned to the other side. These two fresh may feel the economic policy is not perfect and limit them too much that has influenced their further developments.

Therefore, from the reasons given above, we can not easily tell whether this policy will benefit the Beauville. To strengthen this argument, it is better to give a control to show that the economic revolution is the exact reason for their relocation. And to deal with the doubt whether these two new ones coming really stimulate economic development, there ought to be a comparison about the GPD change to. Furthermore, in order to convince the government to put this policy into practice, they need to keep recording the economic situation for a long period of time.
