          Being cramped on campus, teenage children always find it hard to involve into the surroundings（ 改为社会环境是不是会好些？）after they graduate from schools. Nowadays, here is increasing soaring volume over the concerning（over the concerning that people?看不懂） that people, including teachers in colleges, parents at home and socialites in the society, should lend their hands to help children handle with adult life better after they step out of the school. As for parents, encouraging their children to take the（a） part-time job can be regarded as one of the best ways to help them prepare for adult life. Taking a part-time job and earning some money for schooling by children themselves will not only reduce parents’ burdens to support their children’s tuition fees,（孩子的学费这个定语时不时可以不要了呢？前面主语已经说了） but also cultivate the ability of how to manage finances which is a must for every adult. Through the experience of part-time job, teenage children will find that earning money on their own is not as easy as taking it from their parents’ pockets.           Moreover, teenage children can learn a lot from the part-time job, which they cannot obtain during school time, such as how to handle with more sophisticated interpersonal relationships, what a healthy attitude towards success and failure is and so forth. Since living within an enclosed campus boundary, the eyesight of teenage students is also limited into this circle. Who they meet and communicate with everyday are constant like classmates and teachers, and what they do everyday is repeat of study and playing. However, the life outside, after they take the first step into the society, is no longer as simple as they experienced in school. For example, boss in the company may criticize us without any pity if we make a mistake during the work time, and what if we are out of jobs? Suck into depression or struggling against failure? This depends on our attitudes toward the life which is shaped through our varieties of experience. Part-time jobs enable teenage children to pre-step into the society and feel it, which will definitely exert positive influence to the children’s lives in future.（ 这一段的观点论证的好好）

         Although there may exist varieties of options for parents to help their teenage children prepare for adult life, taking a part-time job will offer children an opportunity to feel the society on themselves directly and involve it indeed, which can be listed as one of the best alternatives undoubtedly.
