3.13: Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
Young people should try different job before they decide which job or career they will do in the long term.

In recent years, there is a heated discussion about whether young people should try different job before they decide which job or career they will do in the long term. Some people agree with this statement, arguing that it is hard to find the life goal without social experience. However, I oppose it because I think the young individuals should have a clear plan on their future career in order to well prepare for the possible challenges.

First of all, it is undoubted that switching from one job to another named after exploration for the long term job is a waste of time. As all people know, making a plan and working directly is more likely to achieve success in this plural society. For those young individuals, they have enough opportunities to learn who they are and what they want to do in the future during their school time especially in the universities, they can discuss with classmates, talk with the predecessors or school consultants, participate in internship or social activities, and the forth. Therefore, it is not too difficult to young people make a rational decision. From my perspective, hesitating and wandering aimlessly after the graduation indicates some kind of failure during the school period, which absolutely should not be agreed or even encouraged.

Furthermore, those young individuals changing jobs fast may not intend to find a proper job in the long term. In modern society, there are many different groups specified by the sociologists according to their behaviors. One of such groups is Parasitic on Parents, these young people would not like to work and they just depend on their parents. And a typical characteristic is changing job fast. Thus, the phenomena of trying different jobs are not guaranteed to find a long-term job, they will do in the long term, not mention that they can obtain the peak of their career. Without well preparation on the career and sufficient accumulation on knowledge, one cannot achieve success in the time filled of changing.

In summary, it is beneficial for young individuals have a depicted map about his career and work for it directly and efficiently, only in this way can they become preeminent on the field they chose. Some minor changes about the jobs can be considered as a part of plan guiding by the dream.
