Frew issues are as likely to be fraught with controversy as that involving the necessity of advertisement. Some people hold that advertisement waste the company's money and time for the potential consumers have knew what they wanted to buy. While, others convinced that advertisement will still play a important role in the future society. I strongly stand with the later for the following reasons.

Certainly no other reason in any decision is more crucial than the significance that advertisement made for the manufacturer. Nowdays, advertisements born practically with every new production, so why they popular for the manufacturer even may cost so much. The primary reason is that, establishing a brand for a company , in a way, make the company win the first step with their competitors in recent dramatical competition environment. Many examples in the history have justifed this. We may cite the example of Wrigley's chewing Gum. In the beginning, chewing gum was treated as gave away for the consumers who bought other things. Afterward, observed that people prefer the free gum more than other charged goods, Wrigley planed to sell the chewing gum normally with first two brands. However, for not caring about advertisement effect of the two new brands, the chewing gum did not sold well at the beginning. But Wrigley did not gave up his new production, after analyzed the reason carefully, he invest a lot into the new goods, and he achieve the goal in the end, so it is today's Wrigley chewing Gum. For another reason, with a well-known brand setted by advertisement, a company can occupy a large size asset of the company's image, which would benefit itself in a long run. Actually, as we observed, the successful corportions(corporations) alway build a famous brand by advertisement, some like PESSI, NIKE,MICROSOFT.etc.
Not only for the manufacturer, advertisement is also important for the consumers. Life experience tell us that we often contact a new production by the advertisement, which were been carried by all kinds of mediums possible. For example, when we commute to work on the morning, the advertisement in the bus may unforgetable for you beacause of everyday's meeting. Advertisement
are more and more flequent in our daily life. In the Internet-oriented era, people can do pratically everything while still at home, even they were guided by the advertisement from a web site they clicked to do shopping online. Although advertisement contribute greatly both to the manufacturer and consumers, they both also should pay more attention to the negative effect the advertisement may bring. In the place of the company, keeping the quality of the productions as the advertisement saying is the most important thing if they want to achieve a long-term profit. TOYOTA is a typical opposite case for the manufacturer. And for the consumers, who always followed directly to buy the goods by the advertisement, should do more research about the goods beyond the saying of the advertisement. In most occasion, advertisement over the fact.
Taking into account all these factors, we may reach the conclusion that advertisement will continue to play an extremely role in the modern commercial activities. However, the manufacturer should not only think much of how to make their production more pupular by advertisement for their profit, but also care more about the qulity of goods for the consumers.
