4.13   Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Human needs for farmland, housing, and industry are more important than saving land for endangered animals. ]3 f) B- ^' h;
As the statement said that human needs for farmland, housing and industry are more important than saving land for endangered animals, which are lack of support. Reasons will describe from two aspects.

First, with development of our modern society, more and more lands are needed for farming, housing, and to build industrial factories for our basic living requirements, however, we just too emphasize our desire that sometimes we even ignore animals are also living this planet, they need foods and lands as we are. From our ancestors, animals are basic food suppliers which provide basic living elements for our human beings. From that on, it seems determined that, animals are our best natural friends which will influenced human development. Animals are good reflection of our living conditions, the more animals we have, the better living condition we have. But till now, as one report said that, everyday there is one animal species will extinct because of human action. If we just concentrate to ourselves, maybe one day, human is the only one living species of this world. So from this aspect I disagree with this statement.

Second, even we need so many lands for construction that we still need to think about our next generation. We couldn’t deny that farmland, housing and industry are really important because they provide basic living elements for our human beings, but at the same time we need also think about our environment and endangered animals, we need to make a long term plan for our next generation, to leave them a better living condition than we have now. So this reason enhanced my disagreement.

In sum, animals are our best natural and valuable friends that we need to protect. Maybe our human development really important for our society, however, to save and protect endangered animals are for our children, we need to leave them a better and clean space from them. So I disagree with this statement.
