Young people enjoy life more than older people do.

These is a comparison between young people with older people that who enjoy more life. From my perspective of view, it depends on from which point of view you regard this problem. I will discuss this problem from 3 point of view: how long can they enjoy life; how convenient for them to enjoy life; what's their favorite style to enjoy life.

When it comes to the time to enjoy life, the older people benefit more than young people. Young people always have to work every weekday. So only at weekends can they rest themselves. Even if they want to have an annual vacation, they are not able to go far because the vacation time limits their trip. While older people don't need to work so they can relax whenever they want. They may have a trip during weekday and they don't need to run for the bus at rush hours.

Counterproductively, however, there is some inconvenience for the older people. One thing is that some old man may have some health problem. That limits the activities they can take part in. And they may not able to enjoy some interesting but energy-consuming event, such as climbing, football games. That means, when talk about the variety of fun, the young people may have advantages due to their energetic physical condition.

Furthermore, people in different age may view "life enjoyment" differently. According to a recent survey conduct by Chinese Academy of Social Science, 78% of young people aging 20 to 30 tend to consider a more luxurious life style as an enjoyable life. While for those who are 60-70 regard a peaceful and harmonious life as the most ideal life style. So it is hard to say which one enjoys more life than another. As an old saying goes, one man's meal may be another man's poison.

To sum up, i think it's not right to hastily draw a conclusion that who favor more merely by ages.
