Youngpeople should try several kinds of jobs before starting their career.
First,it is rarely possible that a young man can find a job which he wouldlike to fight for life long once he leaves school. The reason isvariety, perhaps because he might not clearly know his interests;perhaps because he just could not find a satisfied job, or becausethe company is lower than his expectation. It is necessary andessential to have a change when a young man finds the job is nolonger suitable.
Secondly,trying some different kinds of jobs can enrich the experience.Different jobs require different knowledge, the young could learn alot in different potions. It can not only help the young to fit fordifferent kinds of jobs, but also benefit the young in the long term.Every job has a link to other jobs, if one has tried accounting, hecould do much better as a manager, as a result of familiar with therule of financial record.
Thirdly,young people are energetic and easy to adapt to new environment, thatmakes them be able to change a job at the beginning of their career.They have nothing to lose. If they could not find a job for somedays, they could ask their parents for help. They have no pressure tosupport their families – most of them do not married yet.
Thereis an old dream for ancient Chinese scholar that they can travelthousands of miles and read thousands of books. In the west, peopleare also encouraged to explore the unknown world. The best time totravel and explore the world is a man's youth. How can a man juststay in a fixed place just for a regular job in the best time of hislife?
