Therefore, to some extent, it is likely to identify the way different groups of certain people look and dress in society to get a better understanding on their ideas and values, and thus the society as a whole where they live in. Nevertheless, people’s inner thoughts and values cannot simply be told by the outside appearance, as we would be blinded and limited by the superficial side. Only observing people’s appearance together with their behavior can we attain a comprehensive apprehension of a society.

To begin with, we choose our own style of clothes to dress, whether classic or pragmatic or others, under the direction of our attitude and interests. For example, a CEO would like to dress in precious suite and wear a tie, with a clear and sophiticated haircut, which in this way, he/she leaves others the impression that he/she is in high position, with great power and cis nothing but the typically successful person. On the other hand, again, if a CEO abandon the traditional valuable clothes and just wear simple and easy one, such as jeans and T-shirts, we can tell that he/she comes from a high-tech company, where creativity and pragmatism are encouraged, and equity in position is highly worshipped, and he/she is deeply influenced by the values and attitude. Hence, we can see the way people dress does reflect their ideas and believes.

Throuhg studying the CEOs in a group, we can get their attitude and interests. To a broader sense, we know that the society has their specific voice and values. However, as society is consisted of various groups of people, we need to take into account all the opinions and thoughts of each kind of group so as to get the comprehensive understanding of the society.

Yet, it is far from enough. Just considering the appearance of people, we would be blinded by the superfacial side and neglect their inner thoughts. Therefore, the behavior of people should be considered together with appearance. We will be disapointed by those who dress in the CEO’s easy clothes, but as a matter of fact, they are anything but a CEO. They can be ordinary people working with low salary. Their behavior can help us to distinguish a real CEO and a false one. Always travle with a secretary, commute by precious cars or first class in the airplane, and making strategies and establishing vision for a company, all but not limit to these behaviors can clearify the people’s CEO position, even though they may just in simple and ordinary clothes. Likewise, we can distinguish the odinary people in lower status by the work they engaged in, the place they live in and many other aspects.

In conclusion, the way people look and dress indicates their attitude and interests, and through studying all types of certain people’s appearance in group, we can get a understanding of the society. Neverthelss, not only do we pay attention to people’s appearance, but we should also observe their behavior for the sake of aall-sided and deeper comprehension of a society.
