1)我们生活在社会中，必须遵循社会准则：道德和法律。
2)有些时候人们似乎面临没有选择的困境，可是是由于缺乏经验
3)有些时候人们觉得没有选择是因为他们缺乏强健的信念，他们只是害怕作出选择，因为害怕选择之后的后果对他们不利。


The author claims that the circumstance with no choice is very rare.In my point of view,I am inclined to support the idea and l will demonstrate the view as following reasons.

In the first place,because we live in modern society which has sound systems including laws,security,medical care system and so on,we must obey these rules such as laws and moral otherwise we may be punished or even sentenced to jail.When we deal with some problems refering to laws and moral,we have no choice but to abide,because of we are all educated and know what we should do and what we should not do.we all hope that everyone do not regard us a malefactor but a good citizen,and we remain to accpet people who give up evil and return to good after being punished.So as far as we know,we have no more choice but to comply in aspects of laws and moral.

In the second place,sometimes people are plunged into dilemma, and forced to decide with no better choices, as the result of lack of experience or knowledge.Since they never come into contract with these dilemma,and most of them donot know how to dispose,mistakes are inevitably made.For example,a verdant driver may not know to do anything but wait the dangerous coming ture when he has emergency.In fact,everybody must be nurvous when he has dangerous or emergence,few of them can cope calmly and think thoroughly.To most of us,we have few choices in these special complexions.

In the third place,sometimes one's feel of no choice roots in their fragile beliefs and short-term views. They just dare not to make decisions, as some choices seems detrimental currently but will be beneficial in long-term run.for instance,many people are in the habit of conforming they normal lives and donot change it since they are afraid of failures which lead to be impoverished.Even though they confront more good opportunities many times,they dare not to try to change.They donot know that failure and depression are quite common on the roads to success, and one should keep optimistic and make choices independently rather than wait for the choices of the circumstances.We should strengthen our confidences and make our mind more agilely so that when we have problems we can deal it with more choices.

In sum,from what has been said above,we may finally draw a conclusion that in realistic society the conditions of no choice are very rare.Admittedly,we all hope that we can find more choices when we are in trouble,and if we think roundly and treat them recollectedly ,the choice must emerge ultimately--Of course,the precondition is that we cannot be bad law.
