Newton, Lincoln, and Napoleon, etc. these famous leaders in each field are firstly referred to when the study of history come into some field during a certain period. Admittedly, there are much more emphasis on individuals, yet the most significant events and trends in history were made possible not only by the well-known few, but by the group of people whose identities have long been forgotten.

First, the most significant events and trends are based on the people's needs and desires. Like the French Revolution, what made Napoleon create his empire? Not only his own merits on politics and military, but more important the increasing middle classes and the improving economy. As known to all, the French Revolution brought the new ideas and thoughts about the liberty to all round Europe, but Napoleon could not complete it by himself, a lot of people whose name now few bodies know devoted their energy or even lives to it. In the field of physics, Newton's three laws of motion were the most excellent news in that period, while Newton himself acknowledged he was standing on the shoulders of giants, who mostly may be not known to present people. Thus, a clear thought come into mind, that is though famous people won victory in his field, meanwhile  the glory may not only belong to him, but the people assisted him without leaving their names.

Secondly, to some extent, I confer that the famous makes great impact to the history no matter the results are good or bad. Before the Second World War, nearly every country met the Great Depression, as the leaders of these countries, Roosevelt and Hitler went different ways. To solve the problem, Hitler chose a cruel method that the government laid emphasis on military industry and heavy industry to enhance the economy of the nation, the result of it was war towards other countries. On contrary, Roosevelt carried out the famous New Deal to settle the depression. In the new policies, he consolidated the control of the national economy, carried out many large national constructions which need plentiful workers, and encourage people to consume, and so on. All these actions stimulated the weak economy of American, and won a great revive of this nation.

As mentioned above, both the leaders of each field and groups of people are important in historical events. In French Revolution, without Napoleon the flare of revolution might be put out in the early stage; while without the support of people, the head of Napoleon might hang on the palace of Louis 16. To the same extent, without the help of the people, the New Deal would not succeed; while without Roosevelt, America would likely become another Nazi Germany. Thus, the results of historical events are influenced by both the two.

To conclude, the people, even whose identities have long been forgotten, contribute their efforts on the historical events; meanwhile the famous individuals also offer their energy in the same things. And the history is a combination of the two impacts.

法国大革命以napoleon的专政而结束 我觉得不管是直接还是间接
法国大革命是由于中产阶级的崛起和资本主义的发展而产生的
其间多次政变和战争
我觉得即使不用make 也可以用lead
不管如何 napoleon的政权是法国大革命的结束
而napoleon的专政虽然是以帝国为名 但是不可否认
他的很多措施的确有助于资本主义的发展
