No field of study can advance significantly unless outsiders bring their knowledge and experience to that field of study.

I strongly agree with the assertion that significant advance in knowledge need different knowledge from various fields. This is just as the global economy needing to cooperation of all countries, and thus, making the progress in economy. There are several assumptions below to support the standpoint.

For the first place, all the fields need the support of different knowledge from various disciplinces. As we know, it is tightly interrelated between various disciplinces.For instance, the development of computer need different knowledge of various disciplinces. such mathematics, physics, and even chemistry etc. It is well know that compter needs to do a lot of account and all the computing requires mathematics knowledge to design procedures. Further more, as far as the computer can do its work, it need the hardware, which is produced by physical technology, to sustain. Moreover, even the production of hardware can not depart from chemical technology, which can manufacture appropriate material. From the above, it can be said, no other support from different fields can computer be generated.

For the second place, knowledge of mathematics was introduced into the field of economy, contribution to the research of that field. If there were no favourable economical order in a country, people in that country would suffer from starving, the progress of scientific technology would stop to develop, and the country would collapse.To keep the favourable economical order, the only way which can be depented on is to apply mathematics to study the economic phenomena. Mathematics resolves  many economic problems through applying the principle of mathematics to calculate.For example, to distribute limited resource to excessive need of different fields, to investigate the status of all countries`  economy, and to plan the future development of economy and so on, if there are no mathematics, it is impossible to accomplish those questions. Due to economic requirement and the progress of mathematics, many colleges set up the department of economy.This specialty specially dedicate the study of economy.

Last, when the biology and chemistry met, biochemistru came into being. As we know, biology is studying the biological species, class, creature and variety. Chemistry is devoting to recognize substance`s structure, property, reaction, separation and purification. what chemistry do most is to transfer one substance into different one. However, biochemistry is the masterpiece of 20th century, which is taking up with genetics and genealogy. What biochemistry study now is looking for the relationship between biologic behaviors and genes. For instance, some serious diseases, such cancers, chronical inflammation of liver, anemia and so on, are caused by the change of genic disorder. What the biochemistry will do in the future is trying to rearrange some genic segments, which are related to some diseases, to prevent the illness. Though these biochemistical technology is so useful, most of us may know nothing of biochemistry that it had rooted in biology and chemistry and many biological technology are actually technology of biology and chemistry . For example, during the selection of gene, it refers to biologic species, class and creature. In the dealing with gene, it uses the chemical technology—separation and purification. If  there are not technologies of biology and chemistry, it is unimaginable that biochemistry will come to naissance.

There are still many evidences to support the point given above, which, unfortunately, I have no time to illustrate in detail. But what I have discussed above should well demonstrate my claim that significant advance in knowledge need different knowledge from various fields.

简洁明了的最后一段，虽然有点类似于argument的结尾，但清晰明了，我喜欢，就不知道是不是符合考官的评审规范。不过还是很赞的。
