104.It is primarily through formal education that a culture tries to perpetuate the ideas it favors and discredit the ideas it fears.
如果一个文化想要它认为好的理念永世长存而摈弃它厌恶的理念,主要是通过正规的教育

1 first 来说什么是教育。 教育是为了延续文化 是为了延续民族的传统 国家的体制 为了政治稳定。小孩子是祖国的未来 一个好的理念需要长存 依靠的是代代相传 因此树立良好的世界观需要从小孩字抓起。他们没有分辩是非的能力 就像白纸一样 在学校里用的课本都是由优秀的学者来编辑出版的 可以很好的传播教育理念。因此在小学和中学教授同样的课程 以培养孩子良好的世界观和道德观是很重要的
2 然而 对于大学来说 如果也是灌输同样的东西就不必要的 大学讲究的是个性化和探索精神的发展 是培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力 如果还是灌输同样的东西 会使孩子不会思维 缺乏想象和探索的精神 如果这样的话 会使科技发展变得缓慢 社会难以进步
3 同时 不光是传统的教育有责任宣传理念 媒体和国家机构也有责任。首先 媒体  其次国家机构 法律

The author claim that if a culture want to perpetuate its favorite ideas and discredit its dislikeable ideas, only formal education can help it. In my point of view, it amplifies importance about education and ignores other sides’ importance.

First of all, teaching core of a culture in elementary and middle school is necessary. Education’s duty is continuing a nation’s tradition, a country’s government, and a culture’s soul. Children are future of country. Keeping a culture’s soul need generational teaching. Children’s mind is as white as a paper. They do not have ability to distinguish right or wrong. So it is a duty to help children establish a right world view. Books, which are used in primary schools, are written by many famous educators. They have a great many experiences about how to express their thoughts to children. Thus, teaching children in same courses and giving them a right world view in primary school is a good idea.

However, teaching the same course about the culture’s soul in university is needless. Persons in university should know how to discover, analyze and settle a problem. They should know how to search some useful information, and learn something by themselves. And the same courses about a culture’s soul would make persons who are in university jaded and as like as two peas. They are tied in a fixed circle, and do not know how to leave it. With the fixed circle, they would do the same thing and have same minds. They can not invent any thing except they go out the circle. The technology would stagnant. And the country can not advance.

Further more, not only education but also media and government have a duty to claim the soul of the culture. First, government decides the country’s development, polity and law. It should give a criterion about the culture’s soul and draff. And then, it could design laws, write books and let media claim the culture to people who live in country. Second, media is a powerful tool to claim the culture. Not only children but also adult persons need know the culture’s soul and draff. The adult persons do not have time to go to school, but they can listen broadcast, watch TV and read paper. Usually, media is more powerful than education. For example, many children like cartoon. They often admire hero who helps other persons and does not care his own safe. However, when they go to school, teachers often tell them that if you want to help somebody, you should consider whether you are safe or not. If you can not help him/her by yourself, you should call some adult persons to help him/her. You should avoid the dangerous thing to keep you own safe, and then you can help the other people. However, many children affect with the cartoon’s hero. When they meet some dangerous, they often do not want to call anybody help them. Most of them think they can deal the trouble with themselves as a hero in cartoon.  

In conclusion, if a culture wants to continue its soul and get rid of its draff, it must rely on multi paths. Education is not the only way to claim its soul. All sides about the country such as government, media, education and laws have a duty to claim the culture’s soul. And then, the culture would advance. And the country would develop.

开头很简洁

这段有点离题,讨论的不是为什么要有教育

Keeping a culture’s soul need generational              teaching. Children’s mind is as white as a paper. They do not have ability to distinguish right or wrong. So it is a duty 是谁的duty?to help children establish a right world view. Books, which are used in primary schools, are written by many famous educators. They have a great many experiences about how to express their thoughts to children. Thus, teaching children in same courses and giving them a right world view in primary school is a good idea.感觉句子之间缺少点连接词,这样读起来不是太顺畅

They often admire hero who helps other persons and does not care his own safe safety. However, when they go to school, teachers often tell them that if you want to help somebody, you should consider whether you are safe or not. Most of them think they can deal the trouble with themselves as a hero in cartoon.  first那一部分还可以,second这一部分开起来有点罗嗦,而且用的例证很不典型,所以才用了这么多字也没把问题说明白. 还有既然分了first还有second最后就应该总结一下

语言比较不错,除了一些比较罗嗦的地方之外.不过似乎对题目中心的把握有些问题,一直都没有上升到culture的高度,虽然用了culture这个词,不过论述的都和culture没有太大的联系,而且在说"好的理念永世长存而摈弃它厌恶的理念",方面也显的不是太够...有很多地方都应该summarize一下,把你论述的和题目扣起来.还有倒数第2段实在太长了..可以把它分成几段来说...
不过总体来说还是很不错的...呵呵..
