（4）在学校里孩子很多，老师不可能有太多的精力，有可能会忽略某些方面，因此家长和社会的参与很重要。

The author asserts that education is so important that both parents and communities should take part in the local schools to assist professional educators. I strongly agree with the author. Educations can influent children's whole life. It includes not only the knowledge teaching, but also the moral education and ability training, and etc. So, only depending on professional educators are not enough to teach the children well. I will explain it from the following aspects.

Firstly, Parents are the first teachers of children and also the best teachers. As soon as children born, parents begin to play the vital role in children's life. Parents teach children to speak, walk, dress, and etc. And children learn from their parents, sometimes unconsciously. Many habits of children are formed during this period and if a habit especially a bad habit has been formed, it is hard to break off. So parents should try to behave perfectly before their children. On the other hand, parents are much easier to learn their children's interesting and hobbies, so they can decide what educational choices are best suited for their children and train children early. For example, just because Mozart's father was aware of Mozart’s interesting and talent on music and let him accept good education, we can enjoy so beautiful music now.

Secondly, at school, teachers have to take care of many children, and they maybe pay much attention to the knowledge education, so it's possible that they neglect some important facets, such as children’s thinking or troubles. Then, the cooperation of teachers and parents seems quite crucial. With careful observation, parents find the matter early, and they can help children settle it in good time, or they can inform children’s teacher, and ask teacher to help their children.

Thirdly, children will go into society early or late when they have to affront much kind of situations, so they should have the ability to accommodate new circumstances. To train children the ability when they are still at school can make them not afraid of going into society. If a child does not have the ability and only have knowledge, he cannot shake down when he go to work and do benefit to the society. As I know, in recent years, many companies provide practice opportunities for students, and they are more prefer to take in student that has been accept practice as their employee. There is a saying, "society is the best classroom". During the practice program, children can learn how to collaborate with others, how to deal with difficulties, and realize the importance to cherish the study opportunity. For this reason, we can see that it's also important that communities are involved in education.

In conclusion, I hope it has been show the importance that parents and communities involved in the local schools. Only when professional educators, parents and communities cooperate well, we can offer a benign circumstance to children.
