As education has strong affinity with a society's future and prosperity, so education is given great emphasis and becomes one of the most important things for a society. How can education be truly effective? The speaker thinks that education should meet the individual needs and interests of each student, and it is the only way to succeed, however, I have some different opinions with him. I admit to meet the individual needs and interests of students can have some advantage【加s】, but education cannot be effective only by doing this.【开头没啥问题】
What is the purpose of education? 【amy的思路和我很像啊!】That is to teach students knowledge, to train them the ability of interact【interaction】 and communicate【communication】 with others, and to improve their moral level. In the following, I will discuss whether the method is useful from the three facets respectively.
From the first facet, to meet the individual needs and interests of each student do seem effective. It has many advantages, such as developing students' potential, enhancing their enthusiasm, and the like. There are lots of examples that can show the merits of emphasizing interests. Bill Gates, who builds up Microsoft, is a typical example. He left school and study【用learn更好些】 by himself with the great interest in computer knowledge, and finally got the current achievement. However, only paying attention to individual needs and interests also has many disadvantages. Firstly, it cannot be implemented because of the shortage of teachers and resources even in developed countries. Secondly, students' interests maybe change greatly and frequently, especially for primary students, because they still do not learn much about what they really want to do. Thirdly, some basic courses are probably disliked by students, such as mathematics, physics, and the like, which seem bald, but they are very important for students' further education. If we only emphasize on【好像不用on】 students' interests and neglect those basic courses, it will block the full-scale development.
From the second facet, the method even seems have some counteraction【副作用?我觉得negative effects 更好】. If each student just does what he likes, then it is possibly【possible就可以乐,为什么加ly】 that students do not have common topics and finally cumber their interaction and communication. Moreover, they will not have the custom to cooperate with others, which is necessary for living well in current society.【其实这点不是很有说服力,没有共同话题就一定妨碍交流,如果要说,最好举具体的例子】
From the third facet, to do like that also have little help. To improve students' moral level is very important not only for individuals but also for the whole society. As is known to everyone, to be a good person is the first thing for one to do, which is prior to be an intellectual person and to be a sophisticate person【变成一个世故的人?】. It relates to the future of individuals and the ethos of a society. However, to content students' individual needs and interests unlimitedly【你这里突然来个无限的满足学生的兴趣有点唐突,而且你也没有证明这样为什么会使学生变得自私,冲动】 will make them impulsive or tender, thus when they enter the society, they will have difficult【difficulty】 to adapt the new environment and face problems.
To sum up, the speaker's conclusion is wrong, that is, not only when education is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student can it be effective. Admittedly, individual needs and interests should also be taken into account because they still have many advantages and can help education to success.
amy可能是你在减时间的关系,or最近比较忙,我觉得这篇思路还是不错的,就是论证得不太有力,说服力不强 |
