1任何地区的方言是这个地区的重要的文化遗产cultural heritage，对研究地区的历史文化有着重要的意义，因此国家应该采取措施保护。比如说：非洲部落的中口头流传的民间故事可以帮助考古学家archaeologist寻找失落的古ancient文明。历史学家historian能从这些语言的变化中判断各个民族之间的关系
3、语言是风俗习惯的灵魂，正如衣着，饮食一样，一个民族要使自己的文化流传。保留这些是很有用的。中国的整个历史就是游牧民族与汉族the Han nationality不断融合斗争的过程。满族Manchu，蒙古族 Mongol nationality 都一度统治govern过整个中国，但在他们统治reign的过程中逐渐丧失comedown了自己的语言与习惯向汉人的习惯穿着靠拢。最终他们的文化被汉文化所吞灭。现在已经很少见到了
4〉但是，在国际上，随着全球化 globalization是历史的趋势，国际间的紧密tightness合作cooperate首先要克服的就是语言障碍language barrier。如果语言不通，它不仅阻碍了科学的交流和发展，而且阻碍国际贸易trade活动。比如，中国的学生从小就开始学英语，在大学英语成绩的合格否甚至决定学生是否能取得学士学位。这样的目的就是让大学生有足够的英语水平来从事未来的工作或研究.

At first, I want to emphasize that the national language is the nation's important cultural heritage no matter in where and when. The national language is meaningful in studying the history of the region. For example, The word-of-mouth story in African tribe can help the archaeologist to search the lost ancient civilization. What is more, historian can find the relationship between the nations though the studying of the language's change. Therefore, the governments should act to prevent such languages from becoming extinct.


What is more, the language is important to the nation's custom and culture. Just as the dressing and diet, preventing the languages from becoming extinct is important to keep one nation's culture. My history professor has said (and I paraphrase) the history of china is the process of fighting and amalgamation, which between the nomad and the Han nationality. Manchu, Mongol nationality has governed China for a time, however during their reign these nation came down their language and custom and close the culture of the Han nationality.

45分钟到了 又一次失败。。。不过我会坚持的。这次时间主要浪费在提纲和词语的想上。集中力气解决我的方法问题。我总是在翻译，中文写一遍，英语再翻译一遍。以后不能这样了。还有一些套路词汇总结出来背。。。
希望明天有进步。。。。


从头再来，方法有问题．不能这样了．．没写完，按这样就是翻译完了也没有任何意义的．只是增加错误的力度．
