I agree with the speaker's opinion that people can learn as lots of information by watching TV as they by reading books. However, in my points of view the TV and reading both has its advantages and disadvantages. What is more, reading book is still important as before.


Admittedly, in the advanced society, TV become more and more important to our life and people can get lots of information from it . Compare with reading books the way of get information by watching TV has more advantages. On the one hand ,TV has many programs, which can help people to deal with their daily life. People can gets the latest news, the talk-show, the animal world even can watch some films from TV. On the other hand, because of TV's vivid images it has little limit than reading. For example, people who speak another language and the illiterate can not get information from readings. Accordingly, TV not only can make people learn much information as by reading books, but also have the ability to fit more people ‘s need of information.


However each coin has two sides, the TV also has its disadvantages. on the one hand, watching TV make people lose their rights of take choice and have no use to increase our imagination. Because TV only broadcast the fixed programs which people cannot choose, and the TV have shown the pictures to us so we should not to imagine it. However when we reading books we must imagine what the story’s images and pictures is. On the other hand, TV's programs contain lots violence and eroticism that have bad effect to the children. Children's way of growing is the process of copy adult's behavior, if children are more affected by the pictures of violence and eroticism, they will show more the dark side of the humanity after they grown up..

What is more important, along with the development of our society, reading book will be more important. In the science realm, the newest paper and information are spreaded by magazines and newspapers. Without reading these news scientists can not bring the new thinking to heir works. When refer to the growth of individuals, reading books play an great role to create one’s soul and mind. Because the reading can increase the depth of one’s thinking. And a good book can greatly inspire and change people. In short, reading books is essential in our life and it can help people to figure their soul better.  


To sum up, I would like to take a balance between reading books and watching TV. Because both of them have it’s advantages and disadvantages. What is more, with the development of our society reading books is essential to our life . And the government should make laws to limit the show of violence and sex programs in the TV.

2.comparing with...如果你没有主语在前,或者独立主格要用分词.
3.when refer....同样毛病.如果省略,那就应该是referring.
4.on the one hand 这套有转折的意思在里面.不转时候用for one thing, for another.
5.however后面要有逗号.

我考前乱写的提纲，这篇我没有写过，来不及了当时。你看有没有例子或者思路的价值就好。我没有检查了。
Admittedly, with the television technology developing without any cessation, it provides an alternative way to help people to learn and study. Comparing with the reading books, it has many advantages. Firstly, it can increase the effect and efficiency of learning through combining visual and acoustic ways. Secondly, some of the education programs supply different kinds of teaching way and philosophic factors to aid study. For example, the interval gives good music to relax and stimulate people study.

On the other hand, the traditional way of learning meaning reading book still possesses some advantage outweighing the television. For one thing, the books are easily feasible in everywhere and do not need other instruments. For another, as the store of information, the book is better than television to pick up and search for critical information.
