丑闻确实在一定程度上引起了人们对一个事件的关注，并且促使社会变革，更加公正，但是也不能忽视对民众造成的负面作用

As the rapid development of communication, internet, and amass media, information has been spreaded as fast as possible in an imprecipitent way. While receiving an avalanche of reports, we also have to face a large amount of scandals, which can call much attention to social case in order to prompt the equality of our society and, unfortunately, will bring some harmful effects to human beings. So we should take cautious in using the scandals.

To begin with, scandals, reported in many different ways, indeed will gain focus of public; if with properly measures, the effect made by scandals, actually is much boarder and more attractive than done by speaker or reformer. Most of people always want to hear the news which includes the secrets from famous persons, the wrong revealed indication by leaders and so forth. To some degree, this can regular the process of a government and monitor the action of famous persons in many domain. For example, when media reports the scandal-United Nations Oil-for-food Program Fraud-raises a large influence on many aspects, and eventually investigate to end by the special group. Meanwhile, no matter how the speaker or reformer emphasis the importance of U.N.' equality, it may not been serious to take measure to investigate potential things. In this sense, the scandal revealed by media or other methods can do a better job in improvement of society than does by the speaker or reformer.

However, the scandal reports, sometimes, will lead to a unwanted side effect to our science, academia, politics, etc. If overemphasizing the bad effect, some people will lose their confidence on such domain mentioned above. For instance, since the scandal of Dr. Hwang revealed worldwide, Korean Government and the academia of Korean have to suffer from a series of unwanted influence. Perhaps, this overspread scandal hardly beats the spirit of government and the enthusiastic from corporate investors, and then the researching ability will deduce. Moreover, fake scandal existing in any era in order to beat down their competitor, not only can decrease competitor fame, but also will withdraw the increase of society. Recently, Chinese Nationalist Party chairman Ma_Ying-jeou, who once determines to run for the president of Taiwan, resigned for his charged on special allowance fund. Although probably innocent, he has to accept this fact when confront with scandal. In fact, scandals usually make a great impact on our society.

In addition, the reporting and distribution of scandals should be controlled in a rational and acceptable region. Without this definite region, scandals of course can draw an incredible result and abstract people from more important matters. In fact, the speaker and reformer should make their functions in this case.

To sum up, the scandal can be compare as a two-.. sword, on the one hand of which will help human beings have a clear view on ourselves, on the other hand, it will result the confuse. Thus, we should make a cautious use of it, and listen to the speaker and reformer's advice.

2。human beings这里用得似乎不是特别得当。human beings--人类。逻辑上看起来绯闻对整个人类来说似乎不能造成很大的影响。似乎human beings多数用在生态上。
3。take cautious in using the scandals 不确定take cautious in using是不是有这样的搭配，建议:be more cautious ......

12。but also will withdraw the increase of society--建议说成 will slow down the development of society. increase一般指数值增长，少有发展的意思。
13。who once determines to --应该是过去时态吧，determined
14.scandals usually make a great impact on our society--great似乎是用来修饰正面的比较多。这里的影响大部分是坏的，所以应该避免用great,以免造成误解。建议用其他词，比如huge，或者更深刻一点的
