第十四次作业：Characteristics & qualities
Neighbors are the people who live near us. In your opinion, what are the qualities of a good neighbor? Use specific details and examples in your answer.

It is such important to have a good neighbor nowadays as a good neighbor can not only help us a lot when we get in troubles, but also bring happiness to us and create a pleasant living environment among us. Therefore, to identify a good neighbor is need that with knowing some of the qualities of a good neighbor. In my part, friendly, enthusiastic and caring about others are indispensable for a good neighbor.
   First of all, friendly is the guarantee of what we can communicate with him/her easily. With a friendly person we can share our opinion and knowledge with no barrier and difficulty. Such people tend to make friend with other people live near them that giving us more opportunities to know well with each other. Only when people know each other can they trust and give help to each other. Moreover, a friendly person often has positive attitude toward life. Nobody like living with others who always have boring complains to tell us.
   Secondly, enthusiastic is indispensable to a ideal neighbor as we need such people when we get in trouble. Emergency situation is inevitable in one’s life, when these unlucky situation happen people need others to help them with dealing those problems. An enthusiastic neighbor is get ready for help others all the time. When we are in trouble, enthusiastic people can try their best to help us out. Hardly can we imagine the horrible situation that when we faint in front of the door of home when no one could sent us to hospital immediately.
   Finally, caring about others is also vital mainly as people who always ignore others is so rude and loathsome that no one can get with them well. You never want to sleep with the noisy shouting from your neighbor’s TV set, do you? So It is right to choose a neighbor who can caring others feeling. Such people can not litter to your lawn, occupy your park plot, or shouting in a deep night. They care about you, thus can find your problems and help you.
   In conclusion, a good neighbor should be both friendly and enthusiastic with a kind heart to caring others. In the modern society, neighbors are the crucial factor in our daily life, as both providing assist and attain help, a good neighbor is always being chased by people.
