Modern society has become more complex, so it is essential for the young people to have the ability to plan and organize. （2007.7.21,技术进步与成功类）

I strongly agree that planning and organizing plays more and more important role in modern society. To understand the importance of these, we need look no more than two roles in lifetime that most people would play --- a student and a worker.

As a student, one needs to take several curriculums. More often than not, all examines are crowded to several close days at the end of each semester. Then it comes clear that one needs to make an arrangement, for example, what is his or her goal, how many times left, which subject should be paid special attention to, and etc. Without a clear plan, one cannot even get through all of these messes, not to say use time efficiently. Moreover, except for taking various classes, one also need time to socialize. That means one needs to strike a balance between paper work and play with friends. How could he or she fix these? Plan. Make sure how many homework he or she needs to do, how long would they take, how many hours can be spare time, how many of these times could spend with friends. Arrange time scientifically will not only enrich one’s life but also help him or her make achievements.

When a student grows elder, graduate and then go into society, organizing abilities will become even more significant in his or her career, especially for someone whose goal is to become a leader. One of my friends, Leandro, a successful manager, is a good example. When he first entered a company, he spent almost 12 hours at work everyday but still cannot finish his assignment. Sometimes, he even forgot some important tasks. Such messy situation persisted until he bough himself a notebook and started to make arrangements. Every morning, he checks unfinished works, pick up urgent ones, estimate the time each task will need, and then make an arrangement of which one should be done next to which other. Now, you see, he is a chief manager and handling bunches of businesses every day, but he could still get all the stuffs through smoothly and timely.

Plan enables people to work through their own affairs efficiently, it also allows people to work together with others effectively. So, unless you are willing to remain entangled with a messy life, pick up your pen and make a schedule for yourselves.

答两位楼上的，从构思到写完要花四十五分钟左右，呜呜！可能我考过G的关系说吧，好像习惯了四十五分钟思维，要加快啊！！！
