The television, with its widely accessibility, has pervaded our daily life and bring a great amount of joy to us. With such great coverage over common people, someone contend that television programs should be accountable for education rather than entertaining-oriented. From my personal perspective, I do not consider it as a good idea.

Firstly, as an electrical device often set in the living room, it it not appropriate to take educational responsibility. After a whole days work and study, from which we already had enough lessons from our bosses, our teachers and even the reality, relaxation is all what we need. If programs are designed to impart serious and rigorous knowledge to us, meaning that our life will be full of learning and receiving, how tedious and difficult our life will become? I can't tolerate that a chance to relax myself be deprived and replaced.

Besides, lack of interaction prevent TV from an proper tool for education. As we all know, education is not a process that people passively receive information. It's more like a process that people exchange opinion on a certain subject and thus make the knowledge their own, resulting in information exchange inevitable. However, TV programs only function as an outlet of arranged information which exclude direct and convenient discussion between the receiver and the emitter, leading to the receiver's problem left unsolved in most cases. This limitation will become an major obstacle in learning which makes TV education far from effectivity.

Moreover, educate-oriented TV programs will cause a lot of finance problems. As people turn to other approaches to relax themselves, a doomed financial crisis in TV industry will become unavoidable. This phenomenon is easy to predict: less people result in lower audience rating which further leads to less advertisement. While advertisement is the major income of TV industry. As individuals, we may have to buy the loss of the advertisement for the TV industry. Or even we might have to pay extra fee since literally we are receiving education when watching TV. This is obviously unacceptable and unreasonable.

Therefore, I believe that TV should not be made to educate people. It is invented to offer pleasure and relaxation. To make such a great change in its function is not rational and wise.

With such great coverage over common people, someone contends that television programs should be accountable for education rather than entertaining-oriented. From my personal perspective, I do not consider it as a good idea.

Firstly, as an electrical device that often sets in the living room, it it(is) not appropriate to take educational responsibility.

However, TV programs only function as an outlet of arranged information which excludes direct and convenient discussion between the receiver and the emitter, leading to the receiver's problem left unsolved in most cases. This limitation will become a major obstacle in learning which makes TV education far from effectivity.这个论点比较新,interaction ,看了一圈下来

Moreover, educate-oriented TV programs will cause a lot of finance problems. As people turn to other approaches to relax themselves, a doomed financial crisis in TV industry will become unavoidable. This phenomenon is easy to predict: less people result in lower audience rating which further leads to less order for advertisement. While advertisement is the major income of TV industry. (主句呢 )As individuals, we may have to buy the loss of the advertisement for the TV industry. Or even we might have to pay extra fee since literally we are receiving education when watching TV. This is obviously unacceptable and unreasonable.

Therefore, I believe that TV should not be made to educate people. (读起来好怪这句TV should not be used as a tool )It is invented to offer pleasure and relaxation. To make such a great change(switch) in its function is not rational and wise.
