Garbage Disposal is really a "big" issue for all the citizens in a town since no one would be happy to keep all his/her garbage at home, thus how to choose a good Garbage Disposal company is of paramount importance for the town council in Walnut Grove town. It seems they would be happy to still use the EZ Disposal from what is discussed in the arguement, however,closer examination reveals that whether EZ Disposal is the ideal one is dubious.
The arguer fails to provide any information concerning the amount of garbage gathered in the town and also we find no clues in the argument how much garbage could be collected at one time.Therefore, the mere fact EZ collects trash twice a week is insufficient to conclude that EZ would be a better choice. All the citizens might still be happy and will be bothered twice if the Garbage Disposal company come only once a week.
Besides that, the arguer's comparison between EZ Disposal and ABC Waste is too vague to be accepted. Common sense tells us that a thorought investigation is needed to identify the best-fit waste disposal company. Neither the revenue of these two companies nor the existing clients of them are included in this article.Although the arguer mentions the fact that EZ is planning to purchase additional trucks, the arguer commits a fallacy of Non Sequitur--These new trucks might not be used in the Walnut town and even if they are used here, it is not reasonable that we judge a company simply by whether the trucks they are using are newly purchased or not.
Additionally, the citizens' attitude toward EZ's performance is open to doubt.The data quoted in the arguement mentioned that 80 percent of respondents were 'satisfied' with EZ's job, but we are told nothing how the poll is conducted and how well it represents all the people's ideas and judgment as a whole. There is a good chance that only a quite small number of people is  questioned in this survey and thus the results does not necessarily imply the success of the EZ company last year.
Last but not the least, the town council might be in a serious financial situation that a budget-control plan is badly needed here, after all ,the money of the town council should be invested in many other places such as education,public infrastructure,etc. If a quite limited number of garbage is produced every week, ABC Waste might be a better choice since it offers a better deal-500 less every month.
To sum up, when it comes to the garbage collection problem, the town council should at first have a clear idea of its budget and what kind of service their citizens really need. Any decision aimed at addressing the garbage collection problem should be made after the detailed comparison between the garbage collection vendor.
