  In a current society, governments invariably face the dilemma to choose whether spend more money in arts or sports. This problem is the much debated one in that it affects everybody somehow in their daily lives. However different people have different idea, it is due to their background. Though careful deliberations in my mind, I undoubtedly to said that both arts and athletics should be given equal consideration and support. Not simple because of them influenced and enriched the history of human being, but because they are important badge for a balance and sophisticated government.
  On the one hand, take the 2008 Olympic Games for example. This game is an athletic events on the part of some, because our nation invent numerous world-class athletes come to Beijing, but also this chance provide a stage for us to show a new China to the whole world. Let the whole world know our nation where citizens show calm in times of danger and campassion in the face of suffering.

Art, at its simplest, is a form of communication. As most forms of communication have an intent or goal directed toward another individual, this is a motivated purpose. Illustrative arts, such as scientific illustration, are a form of art as communication. Maps are another example. However, the content need not be scientific. Emotions, moods and feelings are also communicated through art. This essential point, however, it often not noticed by most people and accordingly, is unknowingly overlooked.
  Judging from the evidence offered, obviously we can draw the conclusion that both art and athletics are the indispensable part of the promise country, they just like the both legs of a person bring the country go ahead.
