Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Drivers should pay a fee to be allowed to drive on the city streets during the time when there is the greatest amount of traffic. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.




With the rapidly develop of the world, more and more people have their own cars.And as we know,the traffic is too bad during the time when we are on the way to workplace or on the way home,especially in the cosmopolitan cities.So some governments have been set a policy that the driver should pay a fee for the driving during the busy traffic time.And from the point of my view,that is the best measure which can release the pressure of traffic.


First,the main reason for my perspective is that we can only drive in low speed during the time when the traffic is congested.Take me for a instance.In general situation,it takes me thirty minutes to go to my workplace .But the traffic is just congested during the time when I on the way to my workplace,so I have to pay one extra hour because of the congested traffic.But there is no doubt that a lot of civilians would take bus or use other vehicles instead of driving their cars because they should pay for their drivings(这个地方不太会，他们将会为他们在这个时间段开车付费).As a result of that， the traffic will be more efficient than before.

Another reason can be seen by everyone is that it is so lavish not to use the common transportation sufficiently which the government takes a lot of money to build.There are nine lines of subway and also a large numbers of buses in my city.But the most you can see on the bus or subway are children and old people,you nearly can not see the other age of people,so the government can not get the cost back from their investments.And they can not keep on investing on the transportation because they do not have enough money ,so it will be a bad circulation.In my opinion,we have to take the common transportation if we want to live in a city whose transportation is more efficient.

Futuremore,there will be more and more cars and the amount of cars will increase more faster than that the traffic can be burdened them.As the society developing,more and more people will have enough money to buy their own cars,but the is space is limited,so we even can not have enough space for parking at that time.

In a word,I support the government to take that measure to prevent the traffic from being too congested.And only that measures can give the civilians a efficient traffic which will make the civil life more comfortable.
