Speaking and writing are both indispensable communication mediums in our daily life.,Which do you prefer depends on different situations.Since it is not completely true to simply say that speaking well is more important,or vice versa.


Speaking well has several benefits. First,good impression build in the way you talk to others.as peope often say that the first impression is the lasting impression,if you express your view directly and logically in an job interview, obviously,you will gain the boss’s appreciation and good impression.moreover, speaking is more convenient and effective .with the unbelieveable fast of nowaday’s life ,people hardly have much time to write down their thought,especially to the managers who usually take video meeting to communicate with staff. Besides ,speaking well is imperative to your friendships. according to chat, people who are once stangers could become better acquainted with one another ; even new friendships could be forged while old friendships could be strengthened.


However, writing well also has some advantages. Excellent literature can not only
relieve people from pain ,motivate the passion ,stenghten the confidence as well .for instance, Rabindranath Tagore ‘s famous saying: If you shed tears when you miss the sun, you also miss the stars. In addition ,writing the idea is a perfect way of releaseing various kinds of pressure from the object reality . keep writing as a daily job to remember the present inspiration will be proved worthily when the time is gradually gone. As for me, sometimes I happen to open my writing pamphlet looking at those words feel a warm stream go through all my body. In stead of being shy to speak something.write well might be a emergency outlet to solve such problem.


To conclude ,speaking and writing both have advantages and disadvantages.we should make good use of them to enrich our work and life.if not handle properly,you must meet troubles sooner or later.
