Nowadays, people have more money than in the past under the development of economy. As a consequence, what to do with the extra money confront with the public. A tremendous number of people are willing to spend the money on short enjoyment including an expensive short-time vacation, a rather perilous outdoor sport, an extravagant romantic bequest and so forth. Admittedly, they get immense joyment and satisfaction from such a short invest. While as for me, I'd prefer to take my surplus money as long term investment because I could obtain a sense of security, a feeling of achievement.

Initially, one issue which makes me support this viewpoint is that we needs money for our unpredictable necessaries. It's a social fact that everyone agree with the statement that people should treat themselves well everyday cause you don’t know what will happen tomorrow. What if this lifestyle involves that your family are not able to pay for some emergencies later? Or what if this lifestyle alludes that you cannot affort to the expensive tuition fee for your offspring? Therefore, we are supposed to save money for our future needs which seems not so urgent as other demonds. To some extent, saving equip us confident to the future as we are prepared to the forthcoming days.

An additional reason involves this recognition that long-lasting objects bring us much more convenience and benefits than short enjoyment. Consider an expensive piece of jewelry will meets our vanity when we buy it and will serves as a valuable souvenir when we don’t wear it. Consider that a capacious apartment will life our spirit and make us feel soothed and relaxed whenever we are weary. Another example is that a gorgeous car expeditiously galnalize us go to work or travel as we like without waiting a congested bus for a long time. Consequently, people could get a persistent favor mentally and physically from such vast investment compared with temporary pleasure.

Lending more credence to my viewpoint is that this kind of long-lasting and expensive cost cultivates our temperance and appreciation capability. Facing various labels of expensive commodities, which one is suitable and authentic for me? This leads us to learn to identify the genuine and the false which protect us from being deceived by merchants. On the other hand, this consumption method keep us from being captivated by unworthy short expense and equip us with the ability to have a desirable long journey to Europe and America and so on.

As what I have stated above, longlasting expense is more plausible than short-time pleasure in terms of providing us a more endurable enjoyment, a rather strengthened future and a kind of self promotion.
