Nowadays, a considerable number of people holding the point that students will not use traditional printed books any more in the next 2o years from now on claim that other fashionable forms such as electronic books will predominate then with the advent of online classes. However, in my opinion, the tangible books will continue to be the dominant medium for students varying from pupils to graduate students to study because they bring us convinence physically and pleasure mentally.

Initially, one issue which makes me oppose this is that printed books are favorable to take notes. No matter traditional classes or online classes, we are supposed to write down our recognition or questions as teachers give lectures. Thus, we will go over readily and recall the contents systematically. On the other hand, students are pliant to record some inspiration on paper quickly instead of typing into computer. Moreover, for a student who is not good at typing, it will definitely reduce the note-taking rate.

An additional factor involves this recognition that printed books are so portable that you can read them wherever you want. Whether you are eating or riding a bus, you can take a book such as a novel, a magazine or a journal at hand which make you relaxed and relieved. As well, to the students who get accustomed to reading books before sleeping, traditional books are preferable to electronic books for they prevent you from screen radiation. Furthermore, you will never fear that power failure will interrupt your concentration on study.

Lending more credence to my point is that printed books have a special affinity to human beings. Usually, we are crazy about the aroma of new published books and we are pliable to preserve the used books for they help enlarge our knowledge. Students who have common interest in books could recommend or exchange books each other. To some extent, we can see that books play a role to reinforce the friendship. Of course, we can even send books to poor students who are not affordable to education.

From what I have stated above, I believe that printed books will still live in the next 2o years for they bring us convinence to study, accompany us to finish our study and cultivate us a special feeling to books.
