There are numerous decisions need to be made through one's life. Some people ask others to make choices for them, while others just do it on their own. In my opinion, I would like to make decisions by myself,and three reasons are listed below.

First of all, when other people make decisions for you, they will look from their perspective without any idea of your feelings. Some parents, for example, force their young children learn more things such as fine art, calligraphy or some instruments while the children do not want to. The adults' decisions may be made for the good of the children but without giving any considerations to interests and feelings of them. They must be very unhappy and have an aversion to the subjects even they learnt something useful finally as their parents expected.

Moreover, the choices that come from your own mind are most suitable in respect of your capability. Nobody else would understand your state better than yourself, such as your abilities and knowledge. And those are the keys to make right decisions. Suppose you are facing the problem of choosing the postgraduate school. Your abilities and knowledge will determine how many and what kind of options you may have. Other people may feel difficult to make an appropriate decision for the lack of your personal information.

Last but not least, it will become hard for you to deal with problems independently once you are used to depending on others' opinions completely. While you are enjoying the ease and convenience provided by your friends or family for making rough choice, you are also deprived of the necessary practice of thinking and doing independently. Without these ability,your life will grow very difficult, since there are still many situations you have to be confronted with alone, and you can not live on other people all the time.

Thus, my preference is to make choice by my own headrather than others because it is considerable, suitable and positive.
