All in all, it is certainly true that the artist creates for the society some eternal value, but the positive role of the critic cannot be ignored. Not only do they prompt the wide spread of valuable arts, but they can inspire the artists as well as providing insight on how to make improvement.
TOPIC: ISSUE157 - "There is no such thing as purely objective observation. All observation is subjective; it is always guided by the observer's expectations or desires."

As we all know, there are lots of error in the measurement. some of them as to the instrument
and some of them as to the observation result from difference between people.
That is means there is nothing as purely objective observation, each observation is subjective; it is always guided by the observer's expectation .Then the error is inevitably.

When it comes to art, the observation can not objective as to the difference between people. For example, the famous painting "Mona Lisa", her mysteriously smile which
different audience or to see at different times, seem to have different feelings. Sometimes think that she is tender laugh, and sometimes it is serious, and sometimes as if in some sad, and sometimes even derision shows. So the same painting in the different time or seeing by different people is totally different.

Secondly, the objective observation about social problem is not exit. The observer’s belief, region, and the experience of life could make he or she make a different conclusion about these social problem. For example, the phenomena of cheating, someone who always do something like cheating and benefit from it, would think the cheating is not a big deal. It is just a moral problem no matter social problem. On the contrary someone who come from a country which honest is play a important role in their life, would take the phenomena of cheating seriously.

So the observation about social problem have difference.

Thirdly, when it comes to the science which the field is defined as the strict method. However, the measurement error which caused by human error or fraud is acceptable. For example, result from the subjective observation when we need to measure the distance between two points, we need to measure so many times that the measurement error could be minimized and
the treatment for errors in experimental data is needed. As the purely objective observation isn’t
exit, people have to try their best to minimized it.


On the whole, objective
observation is not exit in any field. However it is not mean the observation is not useful.
